Every time I need a service or have any issue in my home (older home issues not to do with system installed) Tom is very responsive and provides the services required which is always appreciated.

- KSKim SissonAug 28, 20255.0We highly recommend Tom and Superior Water & Radon Systems. We weren't thrilled to find out our well water had high levels of radon. But once Tom came to the house and helped us understand how a bubble-up system would remove 99% of the radon, we felt much better. Bill and Mario installed the new system, and for the same price (which was reasonable) they also serviced our well tank and installed a new gauge. They made the entire system very compact and piped it outside very neatly. We are quite pleased! An added bonus is that the water pressure in the entire house increased substantially. Tom said it would, and he was correct. A radon water test performed immediately after the system was installed showed the level significantly dropped to 78 pCi/L! Wow! It will be wonderful to have this outstanding company taking care of all our water service in the future. Thanks so much!

Tom was super responsive via text and after asking a few questions he sent me a comprehensive quote within 30 minutes. When we discussed the size constraints of my new home (the existing well tank was in a basement closet), he came back with a smaller radon solution that would work. Tom's crew, Bill and Josh arrived right on time on installation day. They handled everything cleanly and professionally and explained all that I needed to know about maintenance and operation of my new system. I had a question after they left about a vent cap, and Tom was able to send me close-up photos that showed a 90-degree elbow cap that I couldn't see from the street. I highly recommend Superior. These guys are pros!
