We discovered a water leak from our kitchen sink that flowed under our floor boards in the dining room to our guest bedroom. By then we had significant water damage. Fred Ames arrived promptly in response to our call, dimensioned our problem, and hooked up dehumidifiers and fans right away. Then Quan and Alex arrived, and did an outstanding job of lifting out all damaged flooring, affected plaster boards and wood molding. Then they cordoned off walls and placed tarp to contain dust particles. Next comes cold and mildew remediation.This team was highly professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and were at all times responsive to our questions and concerns. Without hesitation, I recommend SERVPRO.
