  The tech Ari arrived on time, introduced himself and I showed him what the problem had been. He was very aware of what needed to be done and he was able to rectify the problem within an hour and fifteen minutes. He made sure to clean all the work areas that he had to be in and was extremely polite. I couldn't be happier from the minute I called the company this morning (Saturday) to just now when the job was completed. Ari was very professional in every aspect of his job.

  Great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The technician was knowledgeable and respectful of my home, leaving everything clean when finished. Pricing was fair for the quality of service. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
