We recently purchased an older home in Florence, MA. While a great house, the cellar had some issues. Had 4 companies look the project over and decided that CT Dry Basements was the right company to work with. Our project included repointing a +100 fieldstone cellar, encapsulating and insulating a crawlspace, and installing a new bulkhead door. With each part of the project, and at all stages during those projects, CTDB kept us up to date constantly, maintained an impeccable worksite inside and out, and did excellent work. From the simple to the overly ambitious, CTDB is a great company to work with.

We had a faulty basement sump pump, and CT Dry Basements was incredible from start to finish. They came out within 3 hours of my call and Doug confirmed and diagnosed that it was indeed a faulty pump. The very next day, CT dry basement came and replaced the pump first thing in the morning flawlessly, and made the entire process stress-free. Javier is who installed the pump was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain not only the installation but also how to properly maintain the pump for years to come to ensure longevity. The incredible 5-year warranty gave us even more peace of mind. A huge thank you to Arlene as well. Every time I called, she was so friendly and responsive, and she even texted me after hours to keep me updated. You can truly tell that customer service is a top priority at CT Dry Basements. Highly recommend!

CT Dry Basements actually answer their phones and return calls as promised. They provided me with a prompt proposal, which felt fair and reasonable given the amount of work they had to do in my basement. They were respectful of our house and kept things tidy - and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They completed the work in a single day, which minimized any inconvenience to us. I will definitely recommend CT Dry Basements to my family and friends.

Really happy with how everything turned out. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They kept me updated throughout the job and made the whole process a lot less stressful than I expected. I’m really glad I chose them and would absolutely use them again in the future
