  I bought two new windows and one of the screens was defective the other got a hole in it. It took two separate orders to get the very expensive new screens and both times there was an issue with the screens that arrived. I was not told of the issues before I took time off work to drive to Brookfield to pick them up even though the screens had been checked by Arthur. I will be replacing all the windows in my house in the near future and due to Arthur's poor customer service I will not be getting them from Windowrama in Brookfield.

  Ordered a custom front door from them recently. My contractor gave them the correct dimensions and before placing the order we confirmed that the dimensions were correct. 8 weeks later the door arrived the incorrect size and Windowrama claimed that they told us it was the incorrect size before ordering it..not sure who would order a "custom" door as an incorrect size. They refused to pay the whole difference in labor costs to install the door and also refused to replace the door. Will not be working with them again and neither will my contractor. .

  I dealt with Arthur on the telephone looking for information on Anderson Parts. He Got back to me with prices and availability right away and did a great job.
