  Zach and his crew responded to our house within an hour of our pipe burst. They were completely professional and addressed the water concerns immediately (our water damage was widespread throughout the lower level of our home). The mitigation work was superior! Zach and his team worked endlessly until our room was ready for construction rebuild. Very important to note, Zach is an excellent communicator and always informed me of next steps and when he and his team would be on the worksite next. Zach and his team were also always on time! Despite flood issues and damage, our experience with Zach was absolutely top notch!

  I wish I could give 10 Stars!! Zach and his team are outstanding. They are the most professional company i have ever dealt with. My basement flood was in July 4th and Zach drove 2.5 hours to get to my house canceling his plans for the holiday! He worked immediately on getting the water out and Drew and Chris repacked everything in the basement! Drew came snd checked the equipment in the basement several times. He was a huge help in reassuring me everything would be ok. His employees are incredible. They are incredibley kind, explaining every part of the process. They made a really difficult and emotional situation so much easier than I could have imagined. Zach and Mike responded to every text and call immediately! Zach explained the insurance process and exceeded all expectations on a fair amount to replace everything damaged in my kitchen due to the refrigerator problem that caused the flood. Obviously I cant say enough great comments or id be typing all day. Save your self the trouble and angst of using any other company.

  Mikey, Drew and Chris did an amazing job helping me resolve the water damage in my home. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful . They explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated their hard work and expertise which made a highly stressful situation bearable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with water damage or restoration needs!

  We’ve had a complex project that involved deconstruction (post flood), and a complete renovation of a huge finished basement. The crew (operationally led and managed by Michael Pelletier) went above and beyond in all of its duties. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, always available, willing to provide the proper guidance throughout the process and is very diligent with the and dealings related to the day-to-day work on the project. The work itself is also very thorough with high quality. Mike manages the crew and and he is very demanding (which is great for us customoers :-)) to his crew, ensuring accuracy and quality in the technical work done. Highly recommended. 5-star.
