  I’m so happy! Excellent, friendly, and professional. Hunter is very knowledgeable and was also excellent with his co worker/trainee ( please forgive me, I forgot his name… Colton or Corbin?) I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this team. My issue was fixed quickly and was affordable. You guys made my day! Thank you! I will survive this heat wave!

  My air conditioning was not working. It was not turning on. When I called clean climate, I was given an appointment for the following day. Mike was the technician who came to service my air conditioner. He was punctual, very pleasant, and super-efficient. He had my air conditioner up and running in record time, and all of this for a great price. Clean Climate has proved that there are still companies out there that offer superb customer service.

  Overall I’m happy with the service I received; however I was concerned about the pricing structure for diagnostic fees. Our AC system had some issue and needs repair. We reached out to two companies through google search since they both have very good ratings and reviews: Clean Climate HVAC and one other company. On the phone Clean Climate told us the diagnostic fee is $199 for sending the technician on site and the other company we chose told us the diagnostic fee is $99. We decided to have both companies to come on site to check the system just for cross reference purpose. We have Clean Climate come in the morning and the other company comes in the afternoon. Both technicians arrived on time and they each spent about 30-40mins to reach their conclusion. Luckily their diagnosis was very similar to each other and that gave us the peace of mind that the root cause was found. However, later in the day I found out Clean Climate charged me two $199 with a total of $398. And the other company charged me $99 as told on the phone. My thought was Clean Climate might made a mistake and accidentally charged me twice. So I called them back and was told that was the right charge. Because our house has two small compressors outside, one is link to upper floor and one is linked to lower floor and that was considered two units and each unit cost $199. This is way different than what I was told on the call and the charge is based on how many compressors you have. For the same amount of time and work, Clean Climate charged four times the amount of the other company does and the unclear communication at the initial phone call, I feel like I need to share my experience as a future reference.
