I needed to replace a broken faucet in a rental apartment but my usual plumber was not available due to illness. Paul was out the next day and even put in shut off valves under the sink at a discount. Great work and very positive attitude.

Paul had the best price, I got 4 estimates plus he was a friendly and jolly fellow. Service was great and I am really pleased with my new outdoor spigots. He is even going to stop by next week for an extra job I thought up for him. Also he was wonderful with my dog.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Elite. The estimation process went very smoothly. Paul was prompt, answered my questions, fully and clearly, and the price was good.
Installation happened within about a week And my house was left, clean and in perfect order.

Paul helped with installing a new water heater. Not only did he do a great job, but he was kind, informative, and cared enough to tell me how to maintain healthy upkeep on the water heater, so it could last longer and have less problems, down the road. Prior to the installation, we had open communication back and forth to make sure he picked the best water heater within my budget. I can't recommend him enough, and I know I'll be calling him up again, for future home improvement needs.

It’s been great working with Paul. He explains the complete process so well. Very detailed and made sure we are happy with the product. Water quality improved a lot after the filter installed. Paul is very professional, responsive to our calls and text messages. Always available to provide answers for any questions we had. It’s been great experience working with Elite Mechanical (Paul). Thank you
Frequently Asked Questions About Elite Mechanical Contractor LLC
How much does professional drain clearing cost?
The cost varies based on the severity and location of the clog. Simple sink or shower drain blockages typically cost less than main sewer line clogs that require specialized equipment. After assessing your specific situation, we provide clear, detailed pricing before beginning any work.
How can I tell if my slow drain needs professional attention?
If your drain has slowed significantly or stopped completely, if multiple drains are affected simultaneously, or if you've tried store-bought solutions without success, it's time for professional help. Recurring clogs in the same location also indicate deeper issues that require proper equipment to resolve.
How much does water heater service cost?
Water heater service costs vary based on the type of service needed and your specific system. Maintenance inspections typically range depending on the complexity and your home requirements. We provide detailed upfront pricing before beginning any work to avoid surprises.
How long does a water heater installation take?
Most standard tank water heater installations take 2-4 hours to complete. Tankless installations may require 4-6 hours, especially if gas line modifications are needed. Our technicians work efficiently to minimize disruption to your home while ensuring all connections are properly secured and tested.
What are the signs my water heater needs replacement?
Look for rusty water, rumbling noises, moisture around the tank, inconsistent water temperature, or age over 10 years. If your utility bills have suddenly increased or you experience frequent pilot light issues, these also indicate your system may need professional evaluation or replacement.
Are heat pumps effective in Connecticut's cold winters?
Yes, modern heat pumps are engineered explicitly for cold-climate performance. The systems we install maintain excellent efficiency even when temperatures drop below freezing. For homes in Connecticut, we always use cold-weather rated models that deliver reliable warmth throughout the state's harshest winter conditions.
