The workers were excellent in replacing all of the equipment and making sure that it was fully functioning before they left.

And they left the unit off outside so it wouldn’t run at all and never told her. I had another company go out and it was a $30 part. Get different quotes if you call this company for anything

I was getting frustrated until I found Air Inc.’s online booking system, which was an absolute godsend. It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment without having to wait for someone to call me back. To my surprise, Air Inc. called me almost immediately after I booked online, confirmed everything, and even had a technician available who arrived at my house within an hour. The technician was professional, thorough, took the time to diagnose the issue properly, and was able to fix the problem right away. From the online scheduling to the fast response and excellent service, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be using Air Inc. again for any future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, responsive service.
