  An extremely satisfying experience. The company took my call promptly and sent a technician out within less than an hour. He was friendly, informative, and highly proficient at his work. After we had suffered a disaster from a power surge, he identified the problems immediately and was very reassuring in his ability to fix it. He made no complaints when things were in his way and he worked in a swift and skillful way. He solved the problems within an hour and recommended a reliable company to fix a related issue who turned out to be fantastic. I can truly say it was a wonderful experience and I can't recommend Air Inc. more.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision. Before purchasing our home, our inspector flagged a potential issue with the air conditioning system. The seller hired Air Inc. and paid more than $600 for a full HVAC inspection. Their written report stated that the system had no issues, included no caveats or limitations, and explicitly gave us no reason for concern. The very first time we attempted to use the air conditioning after moving into the house, it did not work at all. We contacted Air Inc. hoping they would stand behind their inspection or at least help us understand what had gone wrong. Instead, the woman we spoke with immediately denied any responsibility, blamed us for the problem, and ultimately hung up on us. There was no attempt to investigate, discuss the prior inspection, or provide any meaningful customer service. What makes this experience so frustrating is not just that a major problem was missed, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. If a company is going to charge hundreds of dollars for a professional inspection, homeowners should be able to trust that the findings are accurate or, at the very least, expect respectful and professional treatment when questions arise. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Air Inc. under any circumstances. The company appears far more interested in collecting inspection fees than standing behind its work or treating customers fairly when problems emerge.
