  With out hot water he knew what was going on with it , Checked out the heating and hot water system and he said it was a plumbing issue and it was corrected while he was here.Great knowledge, very courteous . Thanks

  EJ and Jesse were OUTSTANDING. They were professional knowledgeable and perfect representatives of your company. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the salesman Jamie who told us he was the project manager and he would be here everyday which of course he wasn't and also of the actual project manager Mike who never showed up at all. We had three quotes on this service and it's fortunate that my husband remembered what Jamie had told him about where to put all the units. Again EJ and Jesse were phenomenal and definitely would deserve a 5+ rating if it wasn't for letting us down on the expectation which was set for the project manager

  As a first time homeowner navigating these new home issues with little to no knowledge, I was intimated but Monte from the start was super nice and was so helpful in walking me through the current concerns and recommendations. He helped to explain everything in a way that I could fully understand and he was patient and took the time to address every question. Monte even helped schedule a follow up appt with the manager to review replacement costs within a couple of days of initial consultation. Highly recommend Monte and the Air, Inc company!

  Carlos came to replace my water heater on Oct 5th. After unboxing the new water heater in the truck, he noticed that there was some damage to the unit. He told me that he had to go back to the warehouse to get another one. As he had to cross the wet grass to get to the basement door, he took care to protect the carpeting leading into the furnace room. When finished, he brought me downstairs to show me the new unit. Then we came back upstairs and he checked all the faucets and the gas burners on my stove. Very thorough. Just what I expect from this company, which I've used for both heating and A/C maintenance for 20 years. I highly recomment this company.

  Giovanni did an excellent job checking out both my condo’s ac and heating systems. He was on time, polite, very thorough, detailed and honest with his systems assessments. He was very accessible and easy to speak to, he communicated things needed in a way that was understandable. Giovanni is a huge asset to his company and will I Will NOT hesitate to use their services Again. Thank you for the pleasant experience Giovanni!
