  Replacing a roof is a big decision, and choosing JP Carroll was absolutely the right one. Anthony was great to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely made me feel confident that the job was in good hands. The crew was incredible from start to finish. They worked efficiently, were respectful of my property, and the finished roof looks amazing. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated, with great attention to detail. And the cleanup was impressive — they left everything spotless, like they were never even there! If you’re on the fence about replacing your roof, give JP Carroll a call.   I got a flyer in the mail from JP carroll even though I had contacted two other roofers, they showed up, but never gave me a quote!! I was very impressed with everyone. My salesperson Simon, who I was able to contact a couple of times (even on a Sunday) after he came and gave a very detailed with video look at my roof. Our roof was about 22 years old and was damaged from a storm. We added some other work on last minute, like taking down the chimney. That was no longer in use and putting a roof shinkles on a shed that we now use as a boiler room. They said, no problem, we'll take care of it for you! Hook this up with a great company to finance this project with great rates. They said they give white glove service and they are correct!! On the day that my roof was being replaced, they took pictures of how everything was set up in the yard.And when they were finished, they put everything back exactly the way it was! They had a metal detector going through the yard just in case there was any nails or debris! I will definitely give them a call when I am ready to replace the siding on the house. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Here are some before and after photos.

  I recently had my roof replaced by JP Carroll Roofing, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ryan, my Production Admin, was amazing with keeping everything organized and making sure I knew what to expect, and Anthony, my Project Manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. The crew was phenomenal! They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and had the entire job completed by around 5:30 PM. But what really impressed me was the cleanup. They were extremely thorough — honestly, my yard looked better after they left. You would never know a roofing crew had just spent the day there. The quality of the work, professionalism of everyone involved, communication, and attention to detail were all top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Ryan, Anthony, and everyone involved for doing such an amazing job. If you’re considering a new roof, I highly recommend JP Carroll Roofing.

  We were able to get our roof replacement scheduled quickly and easily. I was surprised that I needed to request a copy of the work we agreed to, and that the details discussed were in a separate note from the information shared. The installers arrived in a van that didn’t have enough seats for all of them, they were sitting on tarps, we were told they work directly for the company. This seemed odd to me. We didn’t do a final walk through at the end of the day, they just left and I had to message the project manager to ask about an issue I noticed. This still has not been resolved almost 2 weeks lawyer. I am also still finding pieces of debris in my shrubs. Overall, our roof was replaced in a day and looks good. But based on the pitch from our sales guy I would not call this a white glove experience.

  Overall experience was great from initial call from the office to the day of install. Everything was well orchestrated. Felt like I was in a assembly line. Started off with initial call from office to set up inspection. To meeting sales person at my home. After that received the welcome call/ scheduling. Then to finally getting a call from installation manager the day before the big day. What can I say everyone was on point! I cant express how confident I am about a project this big being done correctly! Alex the install manager made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process of installation. Giving me updates throughout the day and making sure I had a way out when needed. Thanks to everyone involved! I hope every customer has the same great experience as I did!
