  Shawn, Zack, and the entire roofing crew did an excellent job! They were very hardworking and made sure everything was completed with great attention to the little details. Zack came out to provide the estimate and explained from start to finish.. communication was great throughout the process amongst installation manager and crew.. they worked together to ensure everything went as smooth as it could on site. We really appreciate their hard work and dedication and would highly recommend Shawn and the crew !

  Our experience getting our entire roof replaced and gutters added has been a nightmare. Our roof was replaced on 8/27 and within a couple weeks we noticed major water run off where the pitch is wrong. Water isn’t even flowing into our existing gutters. The additional gutters we paid to have installed are still not complete and NO ONE will give us a callback or timeframe for when it will be completed by. The real kicker is we reached out 4 days ago again because we noticed a wet spot on our ceiling and suspect a roof leak. It’s unreal that no one in the company will call us back. We get told “the project manager is in a meeting, he will call back” and “the gutter guys are backed up I can’t give you a date”. We just want the work finished at this point so we can be done with this but I honestly worry we will have to find another means of recouping our money for the unfinished job.

  DO NOT USE THEM, unless you want to micro-manage every part of your project! At first they were very responsive and were quick to get me an estimate after storm damage but as soon as I paid them for my deposit it was complete silence from them. They initially told me on the Friday when I paid the deposit it would take 24-48 hours to get in contact with the scheduler. Ok great, easy enough. By that Wednesday when I had not heard anything I called them to see what happened and they said that they didn't have me in their system yet - which is crazy because they definitely took my deposit money. I called that Thursday and Friday, still no response, still looking into it. I finally get a text from the scheduler on the Monday booking me for the following Monday - ok sure, I already waited a week, not ideal but I guess it'll do. I took work off and everything and by Monday afternoon there is absolutely no sign of them whatsoever. I called the manager and asked where they would be, he had no idea. By 3pm he finally told me that they would be in the next day which by that point there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. So sure, the job was done but it was absolutely not worth it after all of the hassle. I get it, I booked a smaller job (compared to a whole roof replacement) from some minor storm damage but this is absolutely no way to treat a customer. I'm paying you my literal whole paycheck and this is how you treat me. It's just unacceptable.

  I dont even know where to start. Rude project manager who did not know the specifics of the job. Horrible clean up...its been almost 2 years and I am still finding nails. Nails left in the gutters and drains finding old shingles in garden even. The flashing installed incorrectly. Damage to my home. Did not protect landscaping. Roofers not hooked in with safety harnesses. Leaks after 2 months. Its almost 2 years I am paid in full and still having leaks, active dripping into the interior of my home. I called over 4 times and sent text messages with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The make promises they cannot or maybe just WONT keep.

  UPDATE: I am editing my review to reflect how J.P. Carroll Roofing took responsibility to respond and address the issue completely and promptly. The employee who responded and worked with me to solve this problem was respectful, followed through on his word and made things right. This company cares and I feel confident the company has addressed this concern so that it doesn't happen in the future. My mother was relieved the final gutter work was completed before the heavy rainy nor'easter. This is the company who my elderly mother used for roof repair in July 2026. Originally she was impressed with the speed of the job and the workers, however, it didn't pass the town building inspection and is in need of repair work. She has been contacting the company daily to get this addressed but there is no date set for this work to be completely correctly. It has been 1.5 months since she first informed them of the inspection failure and heavy rains are in the forecast.
