  Thank you JP Carroll Team! Excellent Job all around. Great crew, friendly, fast and efficient. Quality from top to bottom. Steve took the time to fully explain any adjustments or fixes needed. The team also ensured the area around the home was clean from debris. Great work.

  They came; they worked; they cleaned up after themselves. Looks good. The new ridge vent should fix the leaking roof. Probably should have used JP Carroll back ten years ago when the roof was replaced - would have saved me some of the work I’ve had done trying to figure out why water got in the house during rain storms.

  JP Carroll was an absolute dream to work with. All of them couldn't have been nicer, and the work was done efficiently and cleanly for our roof replacement. While I hope to never need their services again, they'll be the first place I call and who I recommend to friends and family. Great experience from start to finish!

  We just had a new roof installed by JP Carroll. It was five stars from start to finish. Tom Scafuri, the salesperson and inspector, was thorough, professional and answered our many questions over 3 hours. The photos and videos he took inside the attic and of the roof were very helpful. Project Manager, Mike Chase, was also professional, and very responsive to all of our inquiries and questions on and offsite during the lengthy full day install. Crew leader, Manwell, and his crew did an amazing job installing the roof over 8+ hours and left our yard and area surrounding our house cleaner than it was before they arrived. They worked extremely hard all day and the outcome was a beautiful new roof that we are very pleased with. Great local West Hartford company with loyal employees.

  My home owners association contracted with JP Carroll for a 5 year roof replacement project for 48 residential condominium units. Throughout the 5 year term, we were extremely satisfied with JP Carroll’s work and attention to detail. Everything went very well and owners are happy with the investment in their units and our community. This was the final year of the project and we had a few resident “challenges” to overcome. Mike Chase was absolutely exceptional in the way he dealt with these challenges. He went above and beyond, answering repeated questions multiple times, reassuring residents that the crew will make sure all finishing details are double checked and corrected, if necessary. The level of knowledge, patience and understanding he brings to his job is not only exceptional, but exceedingly rare these days. Mike was pro-active in keeping me informed as the project moved along. His professionalism along with his kind and friendly nature are clearly assets to JP Carroll. I highly recommend their workmanship, attention to detail, and the way they treated our homeowners. In some cases they helped move items away from work areas that were too heavy for lifting by one person. Their clean up was so thorough you’d never know they were here, let alone replacing a roof on a 4-unit building. Thank you to Mike Chase, Wayne Saucier, and the entire crew for making this project so successful from start to finish.
