From start to finish, JP Carroll provided exceptional customer service and delivered every step of the way.
Steven Good, the initial sales associate, gave me a comprehensive explanation of the process and materials, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions.
Gabrielle made scheduling everything— solar removal and reinstall, dumpster delivery and removal, and actual project—a breeze.
Mike Chase, the project manager on the day of installation, was also a pleasure to work with. He kept me abreast of the progress throughout the day, continued to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work, and followed-up after the project was complete.
Perhaps most importantly, though, I have to commend Miguel and his crew: they worked for over 13 hours, stripping an old roof, replacing a lot of rotted plywood, installing 6 new skylights, and laying down a beautiful new roof. The whole crew did a phenomenal job, from start through clean up (seriously, the attention to detail at clean up was incredible; they left no trace of their work other than a wonderful new roof). Amazing job!
In summary, I am very pleased with my decision to go with JP Carroll. I got 4 different quotes before signing with them, and they were the most expensive; however, I felt they were worth it, and I am pleased with my decision.
Two tips: do not fall for the “hard sell” of “sign NOW and get a better price!,” and make sure to get the price of additional plywood before signing the contract. They charged 50% more for plywood than a competitor, but were willing to work with me a bit in the price, which I appreciate.

**ROOF INSPECTION: Colton was my inspector today and he was professional, friendly, and helpful. He explained things well and really made me feel comfortable happy and confident in my decision. Once I’m approved, I will be using JP Carroll for my roofing needs. !!! Thank you Colton for your kind customer service, really made the difference for someone like me who is a new homeowner. 😇
JP Carroll Roofing replaced our roof in the middle of winter. Despite frigid temperatures they worked assiduously and completed the job adequately in a timely manner. But our complaint with the company has been the on-going poor communication which began with the removal of our solar panels and then later with certain things left undone after the roof was in place. It has been annoying and we have felt ghosted on many occasions. It has meant repeated phone calls on our part to the project coordinator to get things completed. Because of this we would not want to work with them again .

This company hires 3rd party lead generation firms who do not cross reference the FTC's DNC nor do they make sure there's been prior express consent for phone or text communications.
I attempted to have them help directly in telling me who their 3rd parts lead generation company is, and to start a three way dialogue. they declined. I was in Connecticut for another court case at the federal district courthouse in Hartford, and after I swung by their CT location. Where I was treated rudely and then escorted out.
I have won every TCPA lawsuit I've filed, and settled every single TCPA suit I've tried to settle prior to taking the legal route.
You have by the end of today to email me back and work with me and your lead generation contractors you work with to find out which firm made that call on your behalf directly. I implore anyone who has had unwanted contact by JP Carroll to contact me directly and I will give you my lawyers information and help you as well. This company is acting in explicit violation of federal law.
Their own employees don't even know the name of the CEO. Says a lot about these guys.

April 2026 - We are very pleased with the speed, efficiency, workmanship and quality of materials used for our new roof by this company. From the roof inspector and sales representative, Ben, to the project manager, Mike, and the head of the work crew, Jose. All of the team on-site worked hard throughout the 9 1/2 hours it took to remove the old roof down to the plywood, replace any compromised wood decking and all flashing around vents and roof apparatus, install the ice and water shield, install the synthetic moisture barrier, and finish by installing the 50-year Architectural GAF Timberline shingles we chose during our initial meeting with the inspector and sales rep. It looks great and with the 40-year warranty option, we know we'll have a sound roof over our heads for decades.
