  What a wonderful experience I had with John Yates and his team with the task of renovating my kitchen and bathroom , including replacing my countertops, as well the I nstallation of new sinks, faucets and medicine cabinets. Starting with a visit from John to my home to take preliminary measurements, followed by a delightful visit to his Avon office where I was aided professionally by him and his company members, Linda Brady and Carol Capirchio, in choosing the items for the renovation, communication was excellent from start to finish. In addition, the installation crew, supervised by Khamp Phimvongsa, was friendly, professional, respectful of my home as well as knowledgeable in their field of expertise. During the project John made a visit to ensure everything was running well according to our plan. In summary, the attention to detail was exemplary, the quality of work was top-notch and the job was done on schedule and according to the original estimate. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

  I am really loving my completely resigned kitchen and bathroom. John was great to work with, and all the workers that came here were courteous and very nice. Came with a smile every morning. They did a great job making sure everything was built and finished to my satisfaction.

  Working with CT Kitchen and Bath, especially John Yates, was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From our very first meeting, John listened closely to my needs and offered gentle, creative design suggestions that elevated our vision without ever feeling pushy. His design is smart, stylish, and truly tailored to how we live. John was exceptionally responsive. Every question was answered quickly, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. The support staff in John’s shop were welcoming and helpful, making selections and scheduling easy and stress-free. The project moved along quickly and efficiently, with careful attention to detail at every step. The crew was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home, and the job was completed within the timeline provided without sacrificing quality. The result is a beautiful kitchen that has transformed the overall look and feel of our home, brighter, more functional, and effortlessly cohesive with the rest of the space.
