  I received a totally free estimate and felt funny due to the free education I received about water. I really was trying to get away with spending too much money but I may have to end up spending the money. It’s like pay less now or more later. I feel lucky that Elliott was my advisor. No pressure except what I am putting on myself for something I really need. If you ever have a m opportunity to have your water tested for free do it and research it yourself. On a scale of ten I give this advisor a 12.

  Very quick service. Within 2 hrs of phone call. Ryan Wesson was the technician who arrived and repaired the water heater element. He was very professional in a company uniform that was clean and professional. He kept me informed along the way. He is definitely an excellent representative of your company.   Vincenzo B did an excellent job converting my new propane stove. He corrected an improper installation from a local Home Depot 3rd party installation company who failed to inform us they did not know how to convert the stove, or that they were unauthorized to do so. Ben Franklin came to my house, advised me on the needed repairs, ordered the correct parts and Vincenzo finished the job. He was meticulous in ensuring the work area was left clean (cleaner than he found it actually), and that the stove was working properly. I highly recommend Ben Franklin. Ask for Vincenzo and you will be in good hands.

  Everton Russell is most professional and thorough with this year's annual inspection from BFP. Everton pointed our important pipes showing rust from leaks to keep watch. He noticed the need to replace the copper J-Bend and pipes in the kitchen. He replaced them. He noted the slow fill in the master bath toilet. He replaced the flush mechanism. Important to me is the fact that his inspection found plumbing needs that I knew and had on my mental list to address. At this early juncture (he just left minutes ago) I feel good about his work.

  We recently had a furnace installed and had a great experience overall. Nick was especially outstanding throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. Even when we ran into a challenge during the installation, Nick handled the situation with ease and professionalism. What really stood out was his communication—he explained everything in a simple, clear, and calm way that made the whole process stress-free. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines technical skill with such a reassuring presence, but Nick did exactly that.
