Excellent workmanship, highly recommended. As for the company, the price was overpriced for the work, I refused half the service, and the boss called back offering almost 40% less for the same job. To me that part was really not professional. But that’s not the installer, that’s the company.

Scheduling was a breeze and their tech Marvine arrived, troubleshooted the situation and literally in something like 4 minutes, my disposal was working again! I was amazed! Marvine provided guidance on future maintenance for the disposal and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!

Benjamin was the consultant and he couldn’t have been nicer and explained everything to me. They were prompt, friendly, very professional. They took the time to answer my questions, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. It's clear they take pride in their work. What I appreciated most was how considerate and respectful they were while working at our home. They made what could have been a stressful repair feel easy.
