  We were approached by Western Roofing to do an inspection on our Duralast flat roof. They found a small tear and the conduit to the hood (it's a restaurant) was torn. I was told if I agreed to have repairs done while they were doing another job nearby, it would be cheaper. It seemed very expensive but I was told to keep my remaining warranty I couldn't use someone else or it would void the warranty. They did repair the small tear but took a tube of caulking and literally globbed it on the wires inside the torn conduit and formed a big caulking ball around it. We were told by a certified technician that it is not repaired correctly or up to code. When I talked to Western Roofing I was told they never said they would repair it to code. Really?? They refused to repair it correctly and refused to refund any of the money to have someone else repair it correctly. Shame on them and beware if they want to do any repairs on your commercial roof.

  This company is doing roofing on our townhouse. We were forced to have this company by our HOA... They leave their lunch trash throughout our yards, empty water bottles everywhere and it's extremely tacky. There are long screws in our gate area and I found razor blades on the sidewalk where kids play. They need to be tidy and clean up after themselves. I do not approve of this company doing the work. UPDATE: I have to walk my dog and my 10 Month old and we go out our gate.. I can't take them out now because these people don't know how to throw shingles full of nails in a dumpster, but instead throw them inside my gated walk area. There is a dumpster area right outside the gate they can put this stuff.
