Their employees can’t seem to grasp that the left lane is for passing. Stuck behind one of their incompetent employees in the 2 lane HOV lane of I-25 today, dude wouldn’t budge from the left (passing) lane. Scary to think what their work quality must be like if they can’t follow this simple traffic rule.
Have had a great experience with this company for my heat pump and furnace install. Joey and Phaylan in particular put a ton of hard work into making sure the equipment and installation were up to par, and our home is running perfectly now thanks to their honesty and diligence. Will be happy to call them for other projects large and small going forward!

Nick was fantastic, he worked on our swamp cooler and even explained and showed us how it works. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the previous owner records and so when he found the pipe had burst since it wasn’t winterized properly he was going to charge me.
Got the line replaced for free since I showed them an Bluesky invoice from the earlier owner and thanks to Nick I was not on the hook for the burst pipe. Looks like they are working out the kinks in their process.
Overall I would still use them

I paid, as it turned out, for knowledge, not work. But, hey, if being taught that there is a re-set button and how to find it is what it takes to get my disposal running again, well, it wouldn't have happened without Izzy from Blue Sky. Plus, he showed me how to locate other points where there might have been a power interruption rather than a disposal break-down. And, best of all, he did all this without making me feel like an idiot. Graciousness counts, and I also now have knowledge that may save me both money and aggravation in the future.

A couple weeks ago I hired Blue sky Plumbing for a $12,000 sewer line replacement. On the positive side, Chris was responsive, they helped with the insurance process, and they showed up on time. The trenchers were in and out in about six hours, but unfortunately, that speed came at the expense of my property.
They didn't bother to mark any sprinkler lines and ended up ripping out seven of them during the excavation. When I tested the system the next day, it was a mess: two zones were completely dead and one zone was tied to two valves, causing it to run twice. To make matters worse, the sloppy plumbing work actually caused a sinkhole to form -- several of the hoses were not even hooked up!
I had to take several hours off work to babysit them while they rushed through the repairs, explaining where the zones were while they acted like they were in a massive hurry to leave. While looking at the sprinkler line debacle with the guys fixing it, we noticed that the pinch clamps they used were not installed properly - exascerbating the problem. During the "fix," they removed two sprinkler heads to troubleshoot, but when they put them back, they were pointed directly at the street. I let them know about the heads spraying the street and received no response at all. I had to go out and readjust them myself. After they left, I did another thorough walkthrough and found yet another sprinkler head that is completely dead.
Honestly, if you’re a professional sprinkler repairman looking for extra work, you should hire these guys for a sewer replacement—they’ll give you plenty to do. For everyone else, beware. I’m just going to fix the rest of this myself rather than dealing with the high-pressure attitude I get whenever I call them for repairs. Despite the high reviews, it felt like they only cared about slopping the job together as fast as possible to get to the next paycheck. I will never use them again.
