  We've used this company for a water heater replacement a couple of years ago, and just this past fall when we needed an hvac replacement. All of their staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Warm welcome heating, cooling and plumbing. We waited through the entire five-hour service window for a technician to arrive and evaluate our broken tankless water heater. Before the appointment, I clearly explained the issue, provided the manufacturer's serial number, and was specifically assured that the company serviced Navien tankless units. Unfortunately, the technician who arrived appeared to have little to no experience working on tankless water heaters. Not only was he unfamiliar with diagnosing the unit, but he also did not know how to order the necessary replacement parts. This was incredibly frustrating given the information I had already provided in advance and the assurances I received from the company. If a company claims to service a particular brand, customers should reasonably expect that the technicians being dispatched are properly trained and equipped to work on those systems. Instead, we wasted an entire day waiting for an appointment that accomplished nothing. Poor communication, poor preparation, and a complete lack of expertise made this a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the service we received.

  Houston did an excellent job with our tankless water heater. Took it apart, cleaned the fan, was really thorough and communicated clearly the price and what he was looking at in our water heater. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using Warm Welcome again.

  All of the technicians have been helpful, friendly and have done solid work on my HVAC maintenance and tankless hot water heater system install. They have always been on time in the appointment window and I highly recommend. They are one of the home service companies I trust to do the job right the first time.

  Not trustworthy. We paid to have the air conditioning checked early this spring, a technician from this company said it was fine, when I turned the air conditioning on it did not work. They returned promptly, looked at the unit again and noticed they had not replaced a fuse or turned on a switch. I'm still unsure how they knew it was fine without starting the unit. Fast forward to this week, once again the air conditioner would not cool. The technician, again, arrived promptly. He looked at the unit and found an expensive problem to fix. We decided to get a few more opinions. Warm Welcome was correct there was a problem with the unit but the cost to fix it was 1/2 of the price quoted by these folks. I don't trust this company.
