  I recommend without hesitation this company. A few months ago, our 5 year-old Rinnai Tankless water heater developed a leak from its main stainless steel heat exchanger; most likely due to chemical erosion caused by the hard water in Colorado. We also had to replace an exhaust ABS vent pipe that our builder, Meritage Homes, had installed that voids Rinnai's warranty, and is prohibited by Colorado building code. I was very impressed by the professionalism and technical skill of the solo plumber who did our installation, as well as the young man who came out and did our initial estimate and visit. Thank you for an excellent and professional job from a company I believe we can trust.

  Lukas was excellent. Originally responded to our tankless hot water heater not working on a Saturday after we called to report our issue on Friday. We ended up purchasing a new unit after Lukas explained how much longer our unit my last even if fixed (it was near 20 years old). He installed it that day. Noticing the "Plumbing offer on his van when we arrived, I mentioned that we were having an issue with knocking pipes when the washing machine and dish washer were running and that we might have someone from the company look into it in the future, fully expecting to have to schedule a separate service call to address that issue He without hesitation stated he would look at it while we was there. Not only did he determine that we had high water pressure but he installed a new PRV while here at minimal charge and that did resolve the issue.

  Kurt is very patient to explain all the details why our capacitor explodes and also helped to find the root cause of duct issue. Definitely help to clear my confusion and allow me make decision comfortably.

  They did an ac, ceiling unit, full house filtration, and tankless on Monday. I have a leak and have called their emergency line all last night with no response it's currently leaking in my condo after the second pipe burst. Filed a complaint with the state. Unacceptable Update 8/26/2026 They sent out a team and put fans down. They drilled holes in my walls. They keep rescheduling to come back out. Today no call no show.

  Huston was able to troubleshoot our tank less water issue and was very thorough on what was going on. Huston was able to fix it on the same call and made sure we had hot water before he left to hos next call. I own a service company in San Diego and I know a good employee when I see one.
