  Murphy law…my project I’m sure will be spoke about for years to come from Ty, Sincere, and the team. I know they did everything possible to get the job done and they communicated with me every step of the way. I know things go wrong and I couldn’t have been in better hands. I would highly recommend them for any AC project.

  Lukas serviced and flushed my tankless water heater and it’s working much better now! My water heats up much faster than before and it’s more consistent. He was professional and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. Really appreciate the great service

  Lukas came out to flush and tune-up my on-demand hot water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the work area too. He also took the time to explain some things about the heater that I didn't know and let me know what types of services I might want in the future. UPDATE: I just had a second visit from Warm Welcome -- this time it was Sincere doing the first AC tuneup at my 3 year old townhouse. Also excellent service here, and again, I learned some things about my system that I just never knew before. I will be comfortably cool this summer! 5-stars for Sincere as well!

  We have been customers of Hot Water Now for years, and I am very disappointed with the new service from Warm Welcome. First appointment was cancelled by them, telling me a van was down after 3.5 hours of my 4 hour window. Rescheduled, and they missed the new 4 hour window by hours. Originally 10-2pm window and the tech didn't arrive until 5pm. Didn't have the necessary parts (A HOSE TO DRAIN THE TANKLESS SYSTEM), which should be pretty basic. Further delayed his repair because he had to go to Home Depot. Tech then tried to upsell me on a water softener, which I told them we don't need. Waited for a quote to replace the pre-tankless filter, and instead they sent me quote for ~$3k to install a water softener. Super unfortunate when a company changes ownership for these problems to be so prevalent.
