  David educated me on several different options that would improve the air quality within my home. He was very knowledgeable about the services and products; as well as which solutions made the most sense for my living space.

  Christian showed up when expected. He did a through job of checking me HVAC equipment and replacing the bad component. He made sure everything was operating as it should. Very professional and respectful of our needs.

  0 stars Do NOT buy an AC from these people. Absolute nightmare. Two weeks ago, the AC went out, We went ahead and bought a 9K AC unit from this company. Took them an entire week to get it installed. Once the day came for installation, tech showed up at 8 AM and we’re here until 9 PM. They said they were running into some electrical issue, but all will be fine. Around 9 PM they said that everything is good to go. Two days later, the AC was not working even though it was brand new. We called the tech to come out. Once again, he was here all day. They said that there was some sort of leak and that they fixed it and all should be fine. Well Wouldn’t you know it? Less than a week later, The unit was leaking all over our basement. This is all within less than two weeks of getting a brand new AC installed. Company didn’t seem to care now that they have their money, I asked to speak to a supervisor, They said one would called me, But they never did. It’s probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with my entire life, The tech clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Do not call these people. Feel like it’s every other day I have to sit around and wait for a tech to come out here and figure this out.

  Had a minor issue with compressor (wiring). Company charged me 100 dollars to come out and essentially tell me that the fix was simple but not cost effective for them to do and said best they could offer was a 1600 dollar fan motor replacement and left me in the sweltering heat. I took the rest of the day off work, did some basic research, and fixed it myself for the cost of a 30 dollar part. Don’t bother with them. 2 stars bc tech was on time and nice/knowledgable, the decision not to fix bc it wouldn’t make them enough money was not his.

  The tech (Joseph) was on time and was efficient in throughly looking over the system to find all the things that had gone wrong and the likely reason(s) why. My parents are older so we appreciated the fact Joseph was so courteous is dealing with them and explaining what he found. He was able to give us the estimate the same day for what repairs would cost and also setup an appointment for later that day to get an estimate on what it would cost to replace the A/C with a new unit so we can compare costs.
