While they do and say everything to get your business, once they complete the work, and something goes wrong they DO NOT return calls. We spent a lot of $ replacing our heaters, ACs and hot water heaters. We recently had a leak that was caused by the instillation and they have gone radio silent. DO NOT fall for the hype!! Two days later a still no communication. The only communication we have had with this company is the response to this review. We have tried to call multiple times trying to get an explanation of what is going on, being told to stay by the phone because someone would be calling, and still nothing. Very unprofessional and I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.
