  Had Marvin and Mister Sparky fix a bad circuit and install all new outlets in my kitchen remodel. Incredibly courteous and professional, worked efficiently and quietly. I was really impressed. I've been working with a dozen companies all year updating my house and I was amazed how this project went. These guys will be my new go-to electrical company for any work needing done.

  I want to give a big "shout out" to Mr. Sparky Electric, and specifically their electrician, Marvin Lugo. Marvin came out last Sunday, (yes, we had a braker go out on our main box and the entire master bathroom and closet plus the upstairs laundry room were dark!). My wife and were worried because we need those rooms lit to get ready for work on a Monday morning. Mr. Sparky Dispatch was great when I called, a kind lady who assured me she could get someone out on a Sunday (and there wasn't a ridiculous premium for the weekend!), and their text system kept me updated as Marvin traveled to my house; and when he arrived he listened to me closely and then gave me a clear estimate of the work he would do to assess and solve my problems, with a proper estimate of best and worst case scenarios. Then he got to work and isolated the problem. I thought it was a GFI braker upstairs but Marvin was able to get to the real problem, outside on the main box, which made sense, the house is 26 years old, probably original parts just failing after so much time. He fixed everything and even gave me advice on a main panel rejuvenation or restoration that results in preventative upgrades, I'll replace all brakers in the box to avoid failure again at undesirable times. He was in and out in about 1 hour and I was impressed with his knowledge and easy going way to explain things and assure me. Fair price, good work, fast response, great follow through. Many thanks and I will be using Mr. Sparky again, for sure.

  I was today years old when I learned that repeatedly pressing the little button on the outlet and yelling “WHY?” at it is not, in fact, a valid repair technique. Enter Pablo, who showed up, looked at my GFI wiring situation, and did not once make me feel bad for the chaos lurking behind my wall. Within an hour, my outlet worked, my kitchen had power again, and I had learned more about electrical circuits than I ever wanted to. He explained everything clearly, which I appreciated, and then I immediately forgot all of it, which is why I’ll be calling him again. 10/10, would short circuit my outlet again. (I won’t. Please.)

  We got a quote from AJ this morning and were very impressed! He was punctual, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained the process thoroughly so we would know what to expect with our project, answered all of our questions, and provided transparent pricing information and scheduling availability. We look forward to working with this company for wiring and hanging of a pool table light in the near future!

  I had a technician out in June 2025. The technician spent a couple of hours here to quote me to install a new EV charger, which was fine. He walked me through the different options and told me he'd send me an email with a follow-up to discuss next steps. I never received an email or phone call. Furthermore, the technician left the panel off my external breaker. He also suggested swapping out the 220V 14-30 outlet with a NEMA 14-50, which the internal wires were not rated for. I questioned this and he said it was fine, even though he confirmed with me the wires weren't the right gauge. I'm hoping this was a one-off issue, seeing as other people seem to have a lot of success with this company. I personally won't use them again.
