  The sales lady here had me submit my information to underwriting and get my whole approval (before I was ready)- i was getting ready to put my own house on the market and she said management was okay with me being contingent- after I was fully approved and they pulled my credit- she suddenly said management wasn’t okay with me as a contingent buyer. She completely shut down the deal and didn’t offer me to look at other options and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me- only my agent. A week later the house was under contract- she sold it out from under me and used management as the excuse why. I went on the market with my own home and went under contract in three days. I ended up buying a 900k house in SE Aurora and avoided this builder at all costs due to the run around I was given. This is not a honest company and the sales agents are in it for the commission only. This is my 3rd home and I used Mertiage homes on my 2nd home and they were fantastic: this company not so much. They only want to do business with you if you don’t have another house to sell.
