  We experienced not one - but TWO! - floods in our home in Winter Park. And both times, RMC was there to rescue us with the best and most thorough care possible! They answer the phone at any hour of the day - for us it was at midnight the first time and 6a Sunday the second time. Their entire team is responsive, caring, and highly skilled. We felt like the RMC team was always looking out for our best interests, taking care of all the details large and small, coordinating complex communications and processes with all the parties involved, and returning until each aspect of the project was perfect. We truly hope to never go through this again, but if we do, RMC will be our first call.

  I worked with Austin on testing our condo for asbestos, and he was very quick to respond and get the tests scheduled. He was also very thorough.

  Rocky Mountain Catastrophe & Restoration was prompt, thorough and communicated extensively throughout the our entire flood cleanup. They were able to put calm into an otherwise extremely stressful situation. Care was taken for other areas of our home, the demolition phase was precise and well organized and I would definitely use this company again.

  As a real estate agent they are a "go to" for many services and by far the best when it comes to catastrophe issues. We also use them for mold testing in addition to remediation. Johnny C is my main guy and is fantastic to work with. There is no one better!

  RMCR was prompt and professional when I called to request a mold test in our condo after we experienced a flood. They explained the process and worked with us to promptly schedule someone to come out. We did not use them for our flood mitigation; however, I wish we had. They are one of the only local service providers in our area that can be trusted. I would highly recommend RMCR for any need related to water damage/mitigation, etc.
