  Kyle came out to a remote property to inspect the septic system. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through how he checked the system. He had a big stick for measuring waste depth and waste contents. He had a snaking camera that he snaked up into the house and down into the leach field. He used that to look for broken pipes and root intrusion. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about my septic system!

  Marius was great to work with. He quickly found the source of my gas leak and repaired it thoroughly. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and verified that there were no additional leaks before finishing the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Marius to anyone needing plumbing or gas line work.

  Paul and Cory from PSI conducted my annual boiler inspection. As usual they were prompt and provided great communication about their expected arrival time. They did a great job with the service on the unit and provided a comprehensive report along with before and after pictures.

  Do not recommend. We hired PSI Plumbing on a Saturday to fix a bad boiler ignitor switch. We agreed upfront to a $700 weekend call-out fee, plus a $200 fee to "open the store" for the part. However, without our authorization, they charged an extra $750 to our credit card—making the total $1,650 to replace a single switch. Getting a copy of the invoice took two separate requests. When I called to dispute the unauthorized $750 charge, they promised a callback that never happened. There is a reason this company requires your credit card on file before the technician even arrives.

  Be very careful in hiring PSI out of Gypsum. I have now had two very expensive experiences with them. I should have learned after the first one. That was a water heater replacement that cost me $10,000. And then didn't pass city inspection so they had to come back and fix an install issue. The most recent is I called PSI to check a condensation leak in my central ac system. They told me I needed to replace my evaporator coil cabinet. They quoted me $5500 to do the work. In my extensive research online, using the highest cost ranges I could find, the quote should have been in the $3500 range. So I decided to get another company out to give me an alternative quote. Well it turns out the only issue was the drain tubes from the evaporator coil cabinet were initially installed poorly (defying gravity, turns out water doesn't drain up hill) so the condensation was not flowing into the drainage tubes but backing up in the drain pan and then overflowing thru the furnace into the duct work. The new company properly routed the drain tubes and all good now. Cost me a couple $200 in labor. So be careful with PSI.
