The first guy who came a year ago blamed it on a 90° angle, unclogged it, but didn't solve the problem. The second guy wanted to replace a bunch of junctions, but was unable to unclog the line. When Michael came he quickly identified a bow in the pipe, cleared the clog, and fixed the bow solving the problem efficiently and permanently. He is smart, kind, thorough, fair, and reliable. We are so glad he came to our rescue.

So I do have a decent frame of reference when I say: Benjamin Franklin plumbing charged 3-4 times the average sewer scope fee and failed to provide me the information I requested. Their chain of command appears to have poor communication skills.
