  Huge thank you to Muris at Tuscan Electric, Heating & Plumbing. He came out and scoped the sewer line, walked me through everything in real time, explained exactly what I was looking at, and answered every question honestly and professionally. After being quoted nearly $25K by a large company for a full sewer replacement, Muris took the time to properly review the line and explain that there was actually nothing structurally wrong with the pipes requiring that level of replacement. Honestly just a normal, knowledgeable human being who immediately puts you at ease instead of creating panic. Truly appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and honesty. Highly recommend.

  Keith came to install our new water heater along with a main water shut off, and adjustable PRV with a gauge so we can easily monitor our water pressure when needed. We were very impressed & pleased with the whole experience. He did an amazing job and made sure everything was up to code. The installation looks clean and well organized, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain how everything works, including how to read the new pressure gauge and how to make adjustments to it if needed. What stood out the most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He worked efficiently, stayed clean & organized, and made sure everything was done properly, and precisely. He also made sure that the area was clean and placed all the items back so I didn't have to, which was highly appreciated. We feel much more confident in our plumbing system now, and would highly recommend Keith to anyone needing any work done on their home. Thank you greatly Keith for the amazing work done, if you go with Tuscan, I would definitely ask for Keith.

  We had the pleasure of having Keith Faust install a 3 head mini split system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Keith was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He completed the entire installation in just one day by himself, which really impressed us. Everything was done cleanly and with attention to detail, the line sets, wiring, and placement all look neat and well thought out. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left and explained how to use the system in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his work ethic and pride in doing the job right. It’s clear he cares about quality, not just getting it done fast. Our system runs great, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Keith to anyone looking for HVAC work done right the first time.   We were having some issues with our mini split system not blowing cold any longer. Tuscan sent Keith to take a look. After asking some questions and taking some temperature measurements he started looking at the lines. Within a few minutes Keith called me out to take a look at what he had found. There was an obvious leak at one of the junctions in the copper tubing. He showed me how it was bubbling and where some oil had come out. He tightened it up and verified it was not leaking anymore. He took a look at the main outdoor unit and hooked some equipment up. Not sure of all the technical details but it was back to blowing cold again! We were afraid we were going to need a new system or something but Keith saved the day with his excellent service. Thanks Tuscan!

  I had John come out to take a look at my swamp cooler, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. It’s rare to come across someone who prioritizes honesty over making a quick sale, but that’s exactly what John did. He took the time to thoroughly assess everything, explained what was going on in a clear and straightforward way, and gave me genuine advice on the best next steps. Even though there wasn’t anything for him to sell me, he still showed up with professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to help. That kind of transparency and customer-first attitude really stands out these days. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy, John is absolutely the person to call.
