  Installed dual furnace/heat pump(2) in coordination with electric panel replacement and heat pump hot water heater installation. This was a four day project over-seen by Zero Homes. The installers from Royal Comfort were awesome. They coordinated well with other workers; problem-solved un-expected challenges expertly; communicated directly and professionally with me as the homeowner; and finally, were on time, worked consistently hard throughout the day, and kept a clean and organized job site.   Royal Comfort came out for a seasonal check before the summer heat and ended up blowing up our three head LG mini split system (adding refrigerant when a condenser has a failed/failing circuit board is a big no no). Their offer was to replace our failed condenser with one that would have ran us $10k (and not been guaranteed to work). And then they had the nerve to bill me for the appointment where they rendered my system useless. Do not recommend.

  Had Kyle come out and check out the scope of work I needed done. And was able to have done next day to my surprise. Henry came out and did the install super quick and efficient and now my basement is 100x cooler with the added vents I needed open. 100% recommend these guys to come out.

  I had eight HVAC companies come out to fix my ac unit. Each company had a different diagnosis of what was wrong with the unit. None of them could fix my ac unit. Roman from Royal Comfort Home Services came out and worked on the ac unit. He found that one of the wires going from my furnace to the ac unit had a short in it. Since there were three wires going from the furnace to the ac unit and only two wires were needed to run the ac unit, Roman used the spare wire to fix the problem. The ac unit is working great now. Thanks Roman!

  Jordan Monson was a great technician as well as representative of Royal Comfort. He was on time, professional and approachable when he arrived. Upon seeing the issues to my system he was great at explaining the repairs as well as keeping me ahead of the needed next maintenance. He was fast and thrurough in his work. It was a pleasure!!!!
