- PSPaul SeifertAug 10, 20261.0Waited 10 minutes for their counter clerk to come back from doing inventory and help the 3 people (including me) waiting for help. Turns out they don’t stock the valve stems I needed (too old) no offer to order them or identify them. Every time I make the mistake of coming here I am baffled by how much disdain they have for their customers. Just close to the public if it is so much of a chore to sell to paying customers.

He easily could have said "no just replace the whole thing" but was invested in figuring out a solution, and Mike (the Kohler expert here) was able to identify the exact piece and we got it ordered. So grateful!

All times I've tried buying supply parts here I've either been sent away to another place or treated as if my needs from Ferguson's isn't important. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ferguson in Colorado. Other states the Ferguson's have treated me with the customer service I expect,, except here, they are short with answers and quick to end calls. Will not return/call here for parts again.. just a waste of time dealing with this branch.
