  Our Tech Nicholas came out to do some services on our cooling system and he was very professional and courteous!! I’m sure you have many great techs, but Nicholas definitely was the most polite young man as well!! I highly recommend this company and Nicholas : )

  Today my son and I received the most generous act of service from Phillip Fry. On his way past our house after a call, he noticed us having a difficult time jumping my son's truck. Out of the goodness of his heart and with a community forward attitude, he pulled aside and took the time to help us fix the issue! I have no doubt that Phillip, and others at A-1 Heating & Cooling, employ the same high quality service to their heating and cooling customers. We will be a future customer of A-1 simply because of Phillip's demonstration of top-notch service.

  We've had an amazing and impressive experience with both the plumbing and HVAC sides of A1. Top notch team! We highly recommend them! We had an emergency issue with a blocked sewer line, and Tim arrived to save the day. He was professional, experienced, and smart in his approach. He quickly found where the blockage was, then removed a toilet so he could get access to it with a pro snake system, then did a complete visual inspection with an endoscope afterwards to make sure the line was completely cleared. Tim then put the toilet back in place with a new wax ring and caulked i to the floor good-as-new. It was an impressive fix, and one we urgently needed help with. Tim was a complete professional. He also found two other important issues we'd never been aware of, and we're having him back to fix those in coming weeks. On the HVAC side, we recently had Mike come out and do a complete HVAC inspection, since we had some issues we wanted checked out. Mike did a very thorough job, inspecting the full system end-to-end, fixing several things as he went, and making a recommendation on a few more things we're having him come back to fix. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We've also signed up for their HVAC maintenance service so we can get Mike to come out twice a year to keep our system in top-running condition. Every interaction we've had with A1, from the person on the phone helping us scheduling an urgent visit, to Tim and Mike's service calls, have left us impressed. We're so happy to have found A1 and look forward to having them help us for years to come!

  Nick was a very friendly and efficient technician! He was very detailed in his diagnostic and I learned a lot from his visit. Nick provided various solutions and their associated costs without pressure, so that I could make an informed decision on my own. His feedback combined with no pressure to commit to a particular solution made his feedback feel that much more sincere and in my best interest.

  Nicholas is always amazing, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicates well. He repaired and maintenance our boiler and water heater last fall, and our A/C unit this spring. Great work and a great guy.
