  I had a 15 Ton rooftop unit installed just before the summer of '25 and to date and repeated visits over the last year, it's still not working properly, and they don't seem to know how to make it work. I finally had to hire a different company at additional expense to make it function per specifications, hopefully they can. They may be good at certain things, but I would not recommend Royal Electrical for industrial applications of this nature.

  UPDATE: The owner came to my house to personally apologize for the conduct of his employees. I found him genuine, honest and a delight to be around. My business will be staying her for the forseeable future. Also, thank you for the gift card to Texas Roadhouse. As a recent widower it warms my hear to know that this company actually cares. I was a loyal customer of Royal Electric for years, but their management has completely fallen apart. They failed to follow up and left work unfinished. When I pushed for communication and a resolution, management completely brushed me off, treated me like I was the problem, and claimed my concerns had "no merit." It’s extremely disappointing to see a company turn its back on long-time clients instead of taking accountability for poor communication and unfinished work. Save yourself the headache and go with someone who actually respects their customers.
