I had 2 busted windows and MWG fixed the first window the same day. The second window had to be special ordered and was done in about 2 weeks. Thank yall for the prompt and exceptional service. I will definitely use them again.

This is the "before" glass next to the "after" glass. Also, in the response to this review, the owner said they put a "temporary" caulking around the window. I had never heard that the caulking was temporary beforehand. and Update**** it has been over a year since the "promised" "temporary" caulking would be removed and permanent caulking installed. They have never made this right.*** since my original review and im still waiting for the "permanent" fix.
Nick sounded very nice and likable. We ordered a window for an antique door. Nick said we could save money if we took the inside unbroken pane out ourselves. So we did this and brought it in for a template. Agreement was (our understanding) is that the inner pane would be reinstalled when the new outer pane came in and that the new outer pane would be ordered. Because this is a front door, we definitely wanted a frost on it. They came over about 5 weeks or so later to install. What we got was a single pane of. tempered clear inside glass and a thick bead of silicone filler instead of an outside pane. Contacted owner, Jay, as well as salesperson Nick. Their only form of remediation was to offer to remove the glass to show me the thickness in the tempered glass (and CHARGE me for it) and try and pass it off as double paned. In any case,.it still was not frosted. VERY unsatisfied customer. Around $500. bucks for a thicker piece of glass than was already there.
