  Caleb and Jordan did an excellent job with the concrete lifting at our house and we are very satisfied. They kindly went over their procedures and expectations with us before they began their work, and it was easy to understand. The whole process was thorough and clear. They answered all our questions during their work and the final work looked great, even better than we expected. We definitely recommend Groundworks because of their competentcy and great work ethic.   The team from Groundworks thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Our home is located in the mountains of Bailey, Colorado, where foundation and structural issues can present some unique challenges, so I especially appreciated the care and expertise the Groundworks team brought to the project. From the initial visit with James F., who clearly explained the foundation repair process and what to expect, to the on-site team of Wesley, Sebastian, and Levi, the entire experience was professional, thorough, informative, and educational. Wesley, Sebastian, and Levi completed the full foundation repair, including the installation of new support pads and adjustable beams, ahead of schedule. They took great care throughout the project, including during the removal of the existing concrete support pads, and kept the work area well managed. Wesley, the team lead, did an excellent job explaining the installation process in detail and helping me understand the benefits of the repairs being made. I really appreciated the team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions throughout the project. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation repair work, especially homeowners in the Colorado foothills and mountain communities.

  Big big shout out to Bill. What a great man! He’s incredibly thorough, intelligent and patient. He treated my grandma and I with great respect. He was such a big help with cluing us into the state of our home!! My Mother and I are full time caregivers for her Mom, my Grandmother. About 18 years ago my Grandma built a house on the side of a hill, fast forward to now, in summary- The house may or may not be sliding down said hill. So we’ve partnered with Groundworks to help tame the issues- who also has lifted and stabilized my Grandma’s driveway. Can’t wait for them to do the same to her garage!! Look forward to seeing Bill again! Thanks again ya’ll!!

  The Groundworks crew (Caleb & Teagan) were VERY thorough and professional working like a team in their goal of straightening/leveling our front steps. We also had Groundworks apply the Proseal coating to all of the concrete surfaces around our home after they thoroughly pressure washed and cleaned these surfaces beforehand. I am anxious to see the benefits of this application during the winter months!

  Krista provided our family a very thorough inspection per our request . This included both inside and outside of our crawlspace encapsulation. She took moisture reads and RH/relative humidity readings to determine the overall moisture content input crawlspace. She was very transparent and once again very detailed. We were provided options as far as encapsulation procedures and also financing options. Also she went over the warranty of workmanship and materials. Krista showed up on time and was very pleasant.
