  I was recommended to Calvin Turner Roofing By my property managers in an in a mobile home park and The gentleman who came and gave me the estimate, said my roof was not that bad and just needed some touchup on some cracks. Two days later, they sent out two college aged men; one hung out by the car the entire time and the other one went on the roof with some caulking, then he said all pictures had to go through his boss first and they would send me final photos with the bill. I asked him if he would come back and double check that he got all the cracks and to cover my swamp cooler back up once it is dry. I also noticed that he spilt caulking on the top of my carport and also on my driveway so I asked him to please clean that up and he said he would do it once it was dry. He did come back covered the swamp cooler back up and his partner scraped up the dried caulking with an X-Acto knife. He did not get it all up. I had to do it myself. The next night was a big rain and the roof leaked into my walls again and made them swell & crack. I called the emergency phone and no one called me back until two days later. The manager told me the job is much bigger than they expected and that they’re not gonna charge me, but they’re not gonna come back and fix it. They left me with a half finish job.Very disappointed in all their service! Do not recommend. These are after photos that I took.

  Calvin Turner did my roof and they were by far the best company we have ever dealt with for our roof replacement. They went above and beyond our expectations! Their customer service was excellent, they completed the work in a timely manner, and they cleaned up so well it was like they never were even there. I highly recommend this company!

  I hired them and I had my Attorney handle the payment . I wasn't happy with them. My Attorney sent a letter to them regarding payment. They had to return the letter to my Attorney to be paid. They had to agree with the payment amount.the amount was what was on the invoice. They were to be paid in full. I didn't want anymore problems with them.They never returned the letter so they were not paid. I have paperwork proving this. They have slandered me by telling people I stiffed them. They have seen me in a store and told the person they were with how I stiffed them. Giving me angry looks and talking about me with me looking at him. It's their own fault that they weren't paid. I have dealt with this for years. I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional,

  Called for roof repair estimate. They said that they would need to talk with the owner in terms of price. I had to follow up with them once only to be told they had not talked to Calvin yet. Never heard back from them. Poor customer service and follow through. If you don't want a job at least say that.
