  If I could give Burton’s Plumbing 6 stars, I would! We had a leak under our floor that required jackhammering through the concrete, digging out the damaged pipe, and making repairs. From the moment they walked through the door, I knew we were in good hands. What impressed me most wasn’t just their skill—it was how much they genuinely cared. They were considerate of our home, our animals, the mess the work would create, and the stress that comes with a major repair. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and treated us with kindness and respect. This is a family-owned business, and it shows. They worked hard, found the problem, repaired it, and had everything completed by Friday afternoon. Their professionalism, honesty, and compassion turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.   Mike is amazing, came out within the hour and fixed our issue. Very reasonable pricing. Kasey and Monica are awesome as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

  We were having some big issues of not having hot water for 11 days after have some plumbing done and a new water heater put in. But Mike Burton the owner of burtons plumbing came to our house at 4:30 and went through our whole system and found the problem!! ❤️ he is truly a master plumber because we had several people in our home that just could not figure it out!! We can’t thank you enough Mike for being there for us and kind and giving us HOT water again!!! You get our 5 star rating!!! 🥰 THANK YOU!!

When my sewer line collapsed, it was a stressful and overwhelming situation—but from the very first call, Kasey was compassionate, professional, and incredibly prompt in getting things fixed. They treated my problem as if it were their own. The level of care, communication, and dedication they showed was beyond anything I’ve experienced with a plumbing company before. Mike and Kasey took the time to explain every step, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made sure everything was done the right way. Their entire team was amazing—hard-working, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a company that combines such skill and professionalism with genuine kindness, but Burton’s Plumbing does exactly that. What started as a plumbing emergency actually turned into a great connection—I can honestly say we built a friendship through the process. Mike and Kasey are truly awesome people who care about their customers on a personal level.
