  I followed them around during the home inspection and had to keep pointing things out. They aren't thorough, and don't bother marking any cosmetic damage (cracks in ceiling, missing drains, hole in walls, damaged carpet, etc). I sold my home less than a year later and the home inspection company that came through after marked EVERYTHING and caught a ton they missed like wood rot in the roof (no way the amount happened in that time) among a ton of other issues they just hadn't bothered to mark that I could have used in negotiations when I bought the house. They were the first company I ever used and now having seen or received 3 home inspections since, they were behind the worst.

  Inspected for buyers. Nothing was noted as good. EVERYTHING was marked "serviceable". I had to pay for repairs to a winterized pump that somehow froze and cracked after inspection. Note to all sellers: Be sure to have your representative on site during inspection. Sudden leaks, broken laminate, liquid rings on butcher block, loose plumbing fittings. One has to wonder if an inspection is strictly to negotiate price for strange things that suddenly arise during an inspection.

  Very basic inspection! Basically points same issues out that an average person can! Inspections are the biggest waste of time.

  They answered my call, got me scheduled and came out within the week. Very professional, and took time to walk through the house with a presentation and pictures to show everything that needed to be done or needed attention. I would recommend AMR to anyone needing an inspection.

  Amazing service! The report was very detailed, the owner of the company was extremely responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company!
