  Tim and Karsten are wonderful. They did an assessment first. Then gave us 2'options on a solution with pros and cons. It's refreshing to find folks that don't just try to sell you more than you need .

  Charlie & Tim were wonderful. Did a great job repairing my door. Fixed everything I wanted fixed. I would use this company again in the near future.Thank you so much Charlie for coming back a second time to fix problem. You are so awesome with a great personality.   I really appreciate the business I’ve done with Select Garage Doors, and I especially appreciate the care and patience shown by Josh as their point of contact with us. Josh did a great job selling us a garage door and a new motor that fit our budget, and he did it in a way that wasn’t pushy or overbearing, but really knowledgeable. He even installed a temporary spring for free until they got our garage door in from the manufacturer. I definitely recommend Select if you are looking for a new garage door, or maintenance on your old one.

  Friendly enough people, but shockingly expensive. I was given a quote that was 35% higher than the next highest, and more than double the lowest. It's also frustrating that they won't provide even a price range over the phone for standard work, like spring replacement. They instead send the people out to your house. I believe this is a pressure tactic, and also gives them the opportunity to talk about why they charge so much. Sorry, I don't care about the lifetime warranty. Most people won't still be in the same house when the spring fails again.
