We asked Pulse to come help us quote a basement remodel that fit our needs. They came out right away and helped us come up with a plan that fit our budget. No up selling, and I appreciated that type of sales. The prices were great and their knowledge and services were genuine. Because they were so great, I didn't even wait for the other bids to come in, I signed their contact on the spot. Half of the work has been completed, Orlando came over for the electrical portion and knocked it out today. Would recommend!

We had Pulse Home Services out to tend to a cleaning of our AC unit and furnace. Elijah Lash was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. We would happily use Pulse again in the future, particularly with the skill and professionalism Elijah displayed. The furnace really needed a cleaning after some home renovations and he was able to get it back to near-new condition very timely.

Wow! I can’t say enough about how great these guys are. I had a branch line replaced and new electrical & HVAC installed. Our sales rep, Zach, was detailed and knowledgeable but not pushy. Damien and Elias did an excellent job on the plumbing and they cleaned up well after. Connor and Elias installed the HVAC in a timely manner and helped set up the thermostat. Temo assisted with the electrical and he and the owner Nick pointed out some issues I didn’t even know existed. Everyone was super professional and was great to work with. I felt like I got great consultation and value for the work completed. If I ever need more work done, I’ll be calling these guys first!

Big shoutout to Kodey Kruger at Pulse Home Services! He diagnosed our surge-damaged panel, clearly laid out my options, made a solid recommendation, and explained the reasoning behind it. He did a complete panel refresh with new breakers, neutral wiring fixes, and whole-house surge protection. Way super fair price for great work—I’d definitely use Pulse again!! Thank you!!

These guys killed it with updated far outdated galvanized pipes (nearly 100 years old) to more modern piping. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.
