Our HVAC started leaking through the roof on Thursday at 5pm. Unrivaled was able to get us an appointment for Tuesday, then called back later to let us know they could actually get us in on Monday! Jackson showed up right on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly, kind, and courteous. He told me what the problem was and how I could prevent it in the fixture. Definitely recommend and will call them again if we have any issues in the future!

I was extremely pleased with the service from Unrivaled. They unplugged a bathroom sink, replaced an old toilet with a new low-volume ADA-compliant one, and replaced two leaking outdoor faucets with new anti-suction ones.

After several plumbers came out and couldn't find the real problem, Unrivaled Plumbing was the first to diagnose it correctly and fix it for good. Jackson and Lance were outstanding from start to finish. The job turned out to be much bigger than anyone anticipated. They had to go under our crawl space and dig an 8' x 8' x 8' hole to reach the foundation of our home. Through all of that hard, dirty work, they stayed energetic, upbeat, and completely professional. They were courteous and kind the entire time and clearly cared about getting the job right. Jackson and Lance are the kind of people you'd invite to a family gathering, and they're seriously skilled at what they do. If you want a plumber who will find the actual cause instead of guessing, call Unrivaled Plumbing. We're grateful and will be calling them first from now on.

I would use these guys again, as they were easy to work with and get scheduled, and they did fix my problem. However as others have noted, I know I could have found a move competitive price if I had time and energy to get alternative bids. I paid over $2,000 for the technician to locate a leak and subsequently install a pressure reducing valve and a new water shut off.

Jackson was able to get to our house the next day after calling for a quote. (The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful as well!) He did a great job of explaining what happened to our tankless water heater and how we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. We ended up needing a total replacement, but he was able to get it done the same day! I was also able to be approved for financing at the time of service which made this appointment way less stressful. Thanks for all the kindness and hard work!
