- GHGary HubbellMay 1, 20182.0We spent a great deal of money at Grand Junction Pipe. The biggest problem with their product, in my experience, is their delivery. Time and again, orders have been delivered with the wrong parts. When you literally send them a photo of an irrigation part with a tape measure showing a 3" diameter, and they show up with a 4" diameter part, it makes you wonder who in the world is in charge of the warehouse, and can their warehousemen actually read? This has not happened once or twice. It has occurred on multiple occasions. It's frustrating, it wastes time, it delays projects, and did I mention that it's frustrating? As I write this, my dry fields are not being irrigated, and precious water is slipping down the ditch, unused, in a drought year. I hope the RIGHT part shows up tomorrow.
