  Ray came out to help us with a defective smoke alarm that was randomly going off in the middle of the next that, several nights even with new batteries each time. Ray came out and replaced all 6 of our hardwired alarms. Efficient and professional. Came back at the end of his shift to check on us. We will absolutely use Ray again with any electrical needs in the future.

  Carlos was so helpful and kind! He was able to stay late to fix a last minute installation issue and got a new outlet installed for us. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to getting some more projects checked off my to do list!

  I needed to convert from gas to electric on my hot water heater. Chris did a great job. He kept me apprised of the situation all the way through to job completion and it only took him about have a day to add the electrical circuit to the panel and closet. And he could out the next day after I called. Thanks, Chris for a job well done.

  Amazing customer service and support. Had a panic situation at our house and they were very helpful and supportive by phone and got someone out next day during busy summer season after another appointment cancelled. They could have just left our appt on the books but made the efforts to get someone out asap. Electrician was super informative, helpful, and helped us with our issue and some other issues that another electrical company had left behind previously. Will definitely work with again.

  Five+ Stars for Titus Electrical! I needed a new dedicated circuit in my garage for a new fridge and really didn’t know how to accomplish that. Titus Electrical put me at ease! From sweet Elizabeth in the front office to Chris completing the high quality installation! Setting the appointment was a breeze, the estimate and completion of work was the next day! They kept me informed on the tech/Chris who was coming out, in addition to attaching a picture of him (as a woman with husband at work this gave me comfort!). Chris walked me through what was needed, gave me options, did not try to upsale me anything, then completed the work in a professional and organized manner - like it was his own garage! Thank you Titus! You will be having a return customer!!!
