  The technician, Brant Benoit did an outstanding job and explained things throughly. We had serious cottonwood cotton problems and he went above and beyond to get the white cotton from the ac unit. Please send him next time we need service!

  Swan installed new HVAC system in 2021 that included the installation of a new high efficiency furnace. The new PVC vent pipe installed in the attic was positioned too closely to the water heater exhaust. This issue was discovered during a recent home inspection. When we asked Swan to remedy the situation we were told that we would have to cover the cost to do so. Swan does not stand by their work, even in cases where they’ve made a dangerous mistake. In this case the water heater exhaust is melting the PVC pipe. There are too many other HVAC contractors in NoCo, do yourself a favor and choose one that stands behind their work. Update: Offer for the city inspection was not offered. If it was, we would have accepted that offer. Instead, you charge a $99 trip charge to have someone come out and even give us a quote for repairing the work that you then expect us to pay. This is not standing behind your work. Also, this is a serious health and safety violation.

  The work they did was great and wasn't as painful on the wallet as I thought it would be.....BUT even after you pay the bill they will harass you about the bill for months saying you haven't paid. Even after producing proof of payment with receipt the harassment continues.

  We had our tankless water heater descaled and our plumbing inspected. Logan was very friendly and wore protective shoe covers while in our house to protect our floors. We received notes and photos of all of our sinks, showers, drains and toilets and a report on the function of each.

  I had Swans out for a huge job where they replaced my water heater with a tankless as well as the furnace and the AC, they re-piped everything and did an amazing job. I couldn't be more happy. I wish I had more money to give them a bigger tip, cause they deserve it I strongly recommend them. I had four different companies come out and quote. The system swans was the most educational and just seem to know what they were talking about. Drew came out and did the consultation and was my main point of contact who was awesome he solved any every question or concern. Adam and Donnie out and did a super clean job on the tankless. Austin, Alan and Finn did the HVAC and killed it got so much work done stayed super late better than I ever could've expected. Lastly Alex came out and did the electrical and did a super clean job as well.
