  Ben & Alex came to our home to take of a backup in our basement drain. Not only did they do that efficiently & expertly, they also excelled in 2 other ways: 1) We have 2 cats & they, more than any other service people who have been in our home, were not only cognizant of the proclivities of many cats (to make a run for any open doors leading outside), they were very careful, as they entered & exited multiple times, to ensure that there were no feline escapes. 2) I was working in our backyard garden during the time they were scheduled to arrive so I left the gate to the backyard open, thinking that if no one answered the doorbell they would see the open gate & come to the back. As it turned out, I noticed they had arrived & came to the front. I told them about leaving the gate open for them. They acknowledged seeing the open gate, but they didn't want to go to the back without an invitation. Given that we have had several fiber optics companies demand access to our backyard with no identification or paperwork, I was extremely impressed that Ben & Alex were committed to honoring a homeowner's privacy. Ben & Alex are men of integrity (a trait that seems often absent in today's world), as well as competent & friendly plumbers.

  We feel blessed to have found this company. Our AC went out right after we moved in and the temps were 100 out. Swan sent out there knowledgeable and friendly staff to troubleshoot and recommend a new system. Micah was great explaining everything and getting the soonest possible install date (on a Saturday, no less). Arlo and Max, the install guys, did a fabulous job-they went out of their way to avoid putting holes in our newly finished basement and kept us up-to-date on how the project was progressing. Katrina, the manager, made sure we were taken care of after a scheduling miscommunication and we are happy with all aspects of Swan's service. This truly is an "old school" company when it comes to treating a customer how they should be treated-especially with the high $ amounts involved in HVAC systems.

  Carlos and Preston installed three toilets and a water heater. They also changed the PRV. As they worked they corrected the plumbing to bring it all up to code. They arrived on time, were courteous, and they had everything they needed for the job. They explained to my husband and myself what they were doing as the work progressed. Thank you for your hard work.

  It was a pleasure to have Logan perform my plumbing inspection. He took the time to review everything with me after, I was able to ask questions so that I understood everything too. I’ve trusted Swan with my hearing and a/c, now I’m excited to rely on them for my electric and plumbing needs too. I appreciate the great techs that come out to help!

  This company has gone downhill fast\. It feels like they care more about money now than actually taking care of their customers\. Most of the technicians I used to get have left the company, and the newer employees always seem stressed and overwhelmed\. Almost every time they come out now, there somehow ends up being thousands of dollars in recommended repairs—even on equipment that is practically brand new\. The new AI phone system makes the experience even worse\. It actually seems designed to make you think you’re talking to a real person, with keyboard clicking and muted conversations playing in the background\. Meanwhile, the AI hung up on me multiple times while I was just trying to get service\. Their “24/7 response” for members is also misleading\. Apparently that means they’ll get someone out sometime within the next 24 hours, not that you actually have access to service 24/7\. For a company that charges premium prices and constantly justifies those prices by saying they “install it better,” I expected a lot more\. I used to have good experiences with this company, but the quality of service has dropped dramatically while the prices have gone the opposite direction\.
