The finish had yellowed (orange!) over time, and there were spots that were totally worn down with no finish left. I cannot believe how they cleaned up! Shawn and Tyler worked on my floors and they look BRAND NEW. I opted for a Prime finish (no stain with water based sealer) and I am in love! Shawn was always on time, and kept me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend Schmidt Custom Floors. Dave is fantastic too as well as the office staff. Thank you!
