  I would like to take a moment to thank all of the folks at Peak Flooring for a wonderful experience! We had an unfortunate water leak incident that required us to replace a good amount of flooring in our home. After hours and hours spent reviewing flooring companies and flooring options, I chose to replace our carpet and vinyl with LVP and chose Peak Flooring to do the work and I'm happy I did! From my initial contact with Peak, I knew I had found the right company! My sales associate, Kristy, helped me narrow down the LVP choices and was very patient with me. She gave me plenty of time with the flooring sample I took home and promptly answered any questions I had. Shawn, an extremely nice and knowledgeable man, came out to take the measurements and ultimately assured me that I was making the right choice. Brett, our project manager, was able to get us on the schedule at a time that worked well for us. And finally, our installation duo of Raudel and his son, Mauricio, did an amazing install job! Shawn followed up a few days after the installation to make sure we were happy with how our floor turned out. While I had only a couple of very minor issues to report, I didn't feel they needed to be addressed right away. He then reminded me that we had a "Lifetime Installation Warranty" so if anything came up down the road, they'd make it right. This was another huge selling point in choosing to use Peak. Who gives lifetime warranties these days! So, if you're reading this and shopping for new flooring, be sure to call or stop by the Peak showroom. I think you'll be very happy with this company! We certainly are!

  Raudel and Mauricio came in and worked very hard with minimal breaks to install about 2000+ sq ft of luxury vinyl and carpet. They also leveled our floors with an underlayment of OSB and put all the trim back beautifully. The final product is just gorgeous. Working with Shawn and Kristy was easy and they were flexible and able to get us a good price on everything.

  We are very happy with every aspect of this transaction. The initial picking out of our carpet with Kristy, the price, the follow up (Shawn & Brett) and the installation was all done in a professional way. The installers Jamie and Artie were very professional. They arrived when stated, were very careful when moving/re-installing our furniture and clean up. They were both quality installers. Having been a picky General Contractor myself I was very impressed with the quality work by both of these workers! I highly recommend that you give Peak a chance to earn your business.

  Got a good price and good install on a basement carpet we really like. Amazing what new carpet can do for a space! Shawn was particularly helpful when providing a bid because he called to discuss his bid and any questions on the details and materials. Would use Peak Flooring again.

  Peak Flooring was amazing to work with. They solved a problem with our old carpet quickly and affordable. Shawn was very knowledgeable and fast with measurements and a quote. Would definitely recommend and work with them again on future flooring needs.
