The turn time from contact to arrival was fast, Christian was professional and thorough, and they were able to use the part I had on hand to complete the repair and get us going again. I will be utilizing them in the future going forward for maintenance and repairs. Excellent experience.

- JAJulie ArnoldJul 2, 20265.0I have been a customer of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and I have to highly commend the A/C technician David, who serviced my A/C unit today. I have had many technicians in my years with One Hour , but David was the BEST technician by far. His service was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable , and thorough! He taught me information about my unit I had never heard before and took the time to explain it in laymen terms and was easy to understand. Both the inside and outside units were cleaned thoroughly. He went above and beyond to develop trust in the One Hour relationship , so we felt it was an easy decision to renew the one year contract . If we could have David every time as our technician, we would be thrilled!

Did zero testing and was charged about $500 to have them half insulate my line, use my garden hose to rinse the outdoor unit and tell me it's almost guaranteed to fix my issue. Not fixed and had to come back the next day and tell me there is a leak somewhere and it will be $3400 for repair. Detached a part and left it hang off my unit. Techs were polite but what a rip off! I want my money back.
