  We purchased a Clopay Gallery series garage door from One Clear Choice. Our installation tech Jason is a great guy. If I recall he said he's been with the company 17 years. He was efficient and professional, getting the new door, rails and trim installed. He explained the features of the door and the accessory trim handles that could be installed later (we chose to leave them off). The door looks great! Our sales agent John assisted us in the selection of a door style and colors without trying to over sell a door we didn't need. He guided us through understanding the insulation value of a garage door and how buying a higher R value door might not get us the expected experience due to the insulation situation in our garage. John had a van full of color samples and styles and gave us some ideas different from our initial solid color selection. We settled on a wood texture door that complimented our houses color pallet. We've been customers of One Clear Choice for many years. They've performed service, replacing springs and tuning up other parts. One Clear Choice is a solid company. We highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! They responded quickly with an initial visit, and knowing we were in a bit of a rush because we were getting our home painted, came out the next day to help us with our garage door install. Alex spent the day here getting everything just right and our doors look beautiful! He was professional, friendly, on time, and great to work with! Thanks again, Alex!

  Once again, excellent support from 1 Clear Choice and John Galambos who serviced our garage door today. John is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our garage door. So appreciate the excellent work we always receive from 1 clear choice and would highly recommend them!

  Chad is extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate (not mansplain) you about why he is recommends doing things a certain way. He also provides options on how you could get your goal if you are on a budget( in our case, the counter balance of the garage door was off when disconnected from the opener). I believe we had more options as everything worked as intended when the garage opener was connected. He was very fast, efficient and kind as well. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone that needs a garage door and components repaired or replaced.

  One Clear Choice was at a home show in Cheyenne, WY, where I spoke with a few gentleman. I saw One Clear Choice offered to come to my home and do a $29.00 adjustment to my garage door. I scheduled an appointment. Chad arrived on time, he looked over my garage door and the mechanics of the door operations. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through his assessment. I stated my concerns, and Chad explained each question I asked. Chad pointed out some of his own concerns, a cable starting to fray, the old spring system, and some mistakes on the original installment of the door. Chad made numerous adjustments, lubed many area's on the garage door, pulleys and rollers. I was offered a great deal to upgrade my equipments; unfortunately, my budget was unable to take the offer at this time. Chad was understanding, he gave me his business card, and a sticker I could keep by the garage door for future reference. Kudos to you Chad, I thank you for your understanding, kindness and knowledge.
