  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was completed, and before the work began I was given what was described as a ballpark estimate. Unfortunately, the final bill wasn’t even close to that estimate. When I called to ask why the cost was so much higher, there was no apology or explanation beyond, “We mark up everything 45%.” That response didn’t add up, so I researched the pricing myself. Based on the retail cost of the parts—which I’m estimating generously at approximately $400 and $150, even though a repair shop likely pays less—the total bill of $1,424.66 represents a markup far beyond 45%. This is not the entire bill nor does it represent labor costs. What is most concerning is not only the inflated price, but the lack of accountability or concern when I questioned it. If someone is providing estimates, they should have a reasonable understanding of what the final cost will be. A ballpark estimate should not be off by such a significant margin. They took advantage and it’s wrong. I encourage others to ask for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work and to be cautious of unexpected price increases.

  Man these guys are great. True professionals. The electrical meter/panel started ripping off the side of my house the other night causing my house lights to flicker and TVs to shut off. My landlord had quickly reached out to them where they very quickly reached out to me and in faster than a reasonable time, And they showed true concern for my family's safety and the severity of what was happening. At first they were helping me get a hold of the city for an emergency hotline and when the city wasn't being helpful even though they were extremely busy I feel like they went above and beyond out of their way to make sure that my house was taken care of the same day and that my family was in our home with power for the holidays. Thank you guys
