- JDJames DownieAug 21, 20265.0Dan and his team are fantastic! I have a couple rental properties as well as my own home. I've had them do gutter work on all three and every time it is a great experience. Not only is the work high quality, but responsiveness and "doing what they say they are going to do" is outstanding. The first time I considered using them, I compared pricing with two other local companies. Foothills was significantly less than the other, so I gave them a shot. The other thing I appreciate is that when the ran into issues (e.g., rotten facia) they took the initiative to do the right thing and replace it before they finished the install. The additional cost to do this was very reasonable. They treat customers with great respect and properties as if they were their own. They are my go-to guys!
