- JFJerry FocoSep 30, 20265.0Christian was amazing and saved us from a near future of disaster with our home. We are so pleased to have had Christian come and help us.
- TCTom CSep 26, 20265.0Leo from Ben Franklin was awesome and helped us with major plumbing issues.
- KRKirby RichardSep 14, 20261.0Benjamin Franklin installed a non-compliant water heater in our rental property. When the inspector visited the property and failed the inspection, we reached back out to BF for corrections. This process has been utterly horrible - the receptionists continue to promise call backs from the plumber that never get returned. After multiple attempts to get in touch with the plumber, I requested the issue be escalated to a manager. Same story - promised call backs from manager (James) that never get returned. This issue has now cost us hours of our lives attempting to get ahold of someone for a resolution and thousands of dollars in lost rental revenue while we wait for the matter to be corrected. As I write this review, I’m sitting in the BF office waiting to speak to a manager in person because no one would return my calls. Surprise surprise, there’s no manager here at the moment, so I have to wait for them to get back. Go with a local plumbing company, not this corporate catastrophe of a company. They do not care about you.
- RARichie AllenSep 9, 20265.0Hugo is a true pro. All the questions answered, friendly and even had great ideas on how to attack our drain problems.
- CSChristian SomozaSep 7, 20265.0Hugo saved the day when we had a pipe burst on Labor Day. Complex repair between the basement and main level. He got it done and saved us from having to get a hotel due to us having a 5 month old that needs laundry and constant bottle cleaning
