Very professional, easy to work with. Accommodated for our schedule, not his. Work was done quickly and job site cleaned up, city inspections done, no change in price quoted. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for roofing work. Jon & Sherell.

Johnny and his team are terrific. They were very accommodating to our hectic schedule and always professional. The team showed up on time and worked efficiently to get things done in a timely manner. They did not make a huge mess and cleaned up very well throughout the process. I would recommend Belmarez Roofing to anyone and everyone.

Poor quality work. They do not have proper insurance for the company, and they actually send out another company with name and logo on their truck. They also had a gutter guy that came out and put my downspouts on backwards, just like I have seen another individual complain about. When you call to have these things fixed, they are unresponsive. Beware of who you hire!

READ THIS REVIEW AND PROTECT YOURSELF!! UPDATE:!! I am sure Belmarez Roofing will be happy to provide proof otherwise if there is no validity!! Stop blaming and harassing your 'customers' for your deceptive practices!! I hired Belmarez Roofing, an active, one owner, sole properitorship, per the Co sos website, to install a roof and gutters on my home. I signed a contract with only Belmarez Roofing. I made a check out for around 14k to Belmarez Roofing ONLY. I provided both the contract and check to the BBB since the BBB specifically told me they lied and said I never hired them!! Very telling!! Then at the last moment on the day of the job, SURPRISE!!! .. a completely different co, RT Roofing LLC shows up and did the actual job. RT Roofing LLC is an active, limited liability corporation with the Co sos website. So a completely different co name , different owner and a completely different legal structure. You can easily verify this buy a simple search on the Co sos business search website. RT Roofing LlC is NEVER mentioned verbally. RT ROOFING LLC is not mentioned in the contract and there is no assignment clause in their contract. There is no " Right to subcontract" provision. There is no insurance provided for RT Roofing LLC . (This is absolutely required. ALL THIS TOGETHER IS A HUGE RED FLAG AND SAYS IT ALL ) Per the license board there is no workmans comp insurance on insurance policy for Belmarez Roofing. You can verify this by calling the City of Loveland license department. Also call your insurance company and ask how companies are required to be listed on everything in different situations to cover your liabilities!! Especially when a contractor's story changes like Belmarez & they go fom being the actual contractor to not being the actual contractor only when found out. The only person lic & ins to get on your roof IS THE OWNER OF BELMAREZ ROOFING. Multiple people have had the same exact experience in this area. It's not hard figure out when mult people see this done time & time again over years and eventually figure out the names don't match!! The tactics to discrediit & bury my reviews says it all!!! Check out all the other review platforms too. Doing business with Belmarez Roofing leaves me and you the customer in a logistical liability NIGHTMARE in more ways than one because none of their documents match up. They know what they are doing. I would strongly advise you to look up what a paper contractor, why they do it is and ask your homeowners insurance what your liabilities are, avenues for resolve if have already gotten work done. Allso ask how multiple companies should be listed on everything,, how it is required for you to be covered and why they might not be.. If someone from Rt Roofing LLC fell off your roof during install you may not be covered. If Belmarez Roofing doesn't pay RT Roofing LLC you could get a lien put on your house. If you have product or warranty issues down the road like me, it is hard to hold two companies accountable if nothing adds up! CONVIENENTLY SO!! Once again look up paper contractor. They also put my down spout back on upside down. Luckily I noticed cause it caught my eye. They also put whole sections of gutter guards on improperly so the corner does not click in. They also don't mention the gutter contractor in contract leaving more liabilities. They also do not offer free upgrades to storm class shingle like a lot of other companies. Come to find out could I could of gotten a free upgrade if i would have just made a few more calls. The BBB is fully aware of this company. Why would they lie to the bbb? A lot of their other perfect reviews are family members etc. You can tell easily tell. Bottom line, when hiring any professional that you are not only spending a significant amount of money with, but can also put you in a liability situation, ....do your due dilligence folks. Of course I am going to write a review, even the 5 year warranty was INVALID! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do your own research! It matters! DONT FALL FOR TOO! Ty kindly for your time.
