Very friendly & seemed knowledgeable. However there was a lack of communication on when the part would come in & when it did come it was about a week after they told us it would be in. Then that didn't fix the issue & we were basically informed at this point we needed an entire new washer & they would refund us the almost $500 for repair costs. It has been over 3 months now with struggling to get in touch with the owner, getting excuse after excuse as to why they haven't sent the refund out. The owner even offered to Venmo it at one point. Extremely unprofessional. Zero communication unless you literally bug them constantly. And we still haven't received our refund. We are over $1,000 down because of this mess. We are a lower income family of 5 & this has just been a nightmare dealing with this company. *and before they comment saying we weren’t customers in the database it was likely under my spouses name.
