I had to reach out about a month later….then they informed me that they ordered the wrong part (again without communication - I had to engage). Then the part came in and lo and behold, the part was the wrong one…..then ZERO communication. I had to reach out again and left a message and nothing….i texted my info…..nothing…..this place is a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My equipment for my business is still out of commission and it’s now the 5th month!!! Horrible business model
