- GDGene DrummSep 15, 20262.0Avoid using Woelfel Heating & Air. The service person got my range repaired, but scratched up the hardwood floor. Manager (Travis) said he'd come and appraise the damage. Set an appointment - a no-show.
- HWHolli WeatheringtonSep 9, 20265.0I've used Woelfel Heating & Air for an appliance and my A/C. Woelfel does their due diligence to help and gives multiple options beyond just the highest cost option. My husband and I worked with Travis, the owner, who helped us with our 8+ year old AC compressor that was failing (in July). We ended up replacing the unit w/o having to replace the furnace so it was more cost effective. Travis was communicative and updated me along the way from parts ordered to installation. Even with a slight delay on parts the overall experience was pleasant. The air conditioning is so good now we have to keep turning it down from getting cold! We have referred Woelfel to others and recommend their services for appliances and HVAC.

- ACAngeline CheekAug 29, 20261.0This place is a scam, they came to fix our washer it took 4 times and still was not fixed properly, I’ve asked for full refund but instead they only wanted to give me half of what I paid. They should have fixed everything correctly the first time they tried to repair the washer. Waste of money and time, don’t trust these guys because you’ll never receive your refund if they screw up the first time.
- NKNoah KieserAug 22, 20262.0Everyone I dealt with at Woelfel was polite, but I have paid this company over $500 to get my dryer fixed, and after 8+ months of returning visits, they are unable to fix my dryer and are only refunding me $198. They came back at the end with "the part you need to fix this is no longer made, nor can it be rebuilt anywhere." I understand that there is labor and parts cost on their part, but the hassle of not having a dryer for months, the lack of communication unless I repeatedly call them, and then the $300+ I'm out while STILL needing to replace the dryer unit entirely has left me very unsatisfied with Woelfel Heating and Air.
