  Sergio and his team did an amazing job. I am VERY particular when it comes to anything done to my home. I can usually do most of my own home repair work but painting the entire exterior of my home was a project that I just wasn't willing to take on. That said, Francia's did a fantastic job. Like most paint jobs, its only as good as the prep work that you do and that is where many places fail miserably. Francia's did an amazing job washing, caulking, sanding, etc. When they put the two coats on, you knew that it was going to last and that it wasn't a shoddy one-coat job. I'll be looking to use them again in the future since they did such a great job.

  This is the second time we have used Francias for a house painting project. We needed to repaint our rental property and replace some old damaged siding. Sergio and his team are great to work with. He cares about doing it right, not about doing it quickly and sloppy. He notices the small things like taking extra care on a tile roof while painting. Are you going to pay a little bit more than a competitor? Probably. But will the job be done right and last longer, absolutely. We trusted him to do this project because he painted our primary home about 3 years ago and it still looks fantastic. We will use him again for future projects. Thanks again, Sergio!

  Complete home exterior paint job completed as promised. Project required lots of prep work and some trim replacement before painting. Sergio and his crew were all professionals in taking care of what needed to be done to make sure all surfaces were water tight and solid before painting. See first five pictures to get an idea of the attention paid to prep. Last five pictures show the finished job. House looks like new again and is weather tight. Highly recommend Francia's Painting and would use him again.
