  We used BlueBird to replace our French doors with a sliding glass door. The whole experience was seamless - from initial measurements to final installation. Their communication was fantastic, they provided detailed and reasonable pricing and we are now so pleased with the finished product. I also appreciate that they are a family-owned and local business. Could not recommend BlueBird enough.

  We just had all of the windows in our home replaced by Bluebird Windows, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Having windows replaces is a big job but every step of the process — from the initial quote to ordering and final installation — was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. The installation crew was outstanding. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. They treated our home with care, kept everything clean throughout the project, and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was done perfectly. The quality of the work and the level of customer service truly reflect this company’s dedication to their customers. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise — and then exceeds it. We could not be happier with our new windows and highly recommend Bluebird Windows to anyone looking for quality products, excellent workmanship, and a flawless customer experience. They also went above and beyond to protect my home, using plenty of drop cloths to cover my furniture and floors. It made what could have been a messy, stressful investment feel completely painless.   I had Bluebird replace our front entry door and two windows. The entire process went smoothly, from the prompt call-back after submitting my inquiry on their website, to the in-person meeting with Kevin to discuss options and costs (with zero pressure or upsell—the discussion was entirely focused on what I actually needed) to Eduardo and his crew who did the install. Everyone was friendly without being fake, knew their products well, and treated both me and my home with respect. I'm especially pleased with the job Eduardo did, managing quirks of my home's 1980s construction with clear skill, always ready to explain what he was doing or answer my endless questions without a hint of impatience. I'd work with Bluebird again in a heartbeat.
