Great experience with Bluebird from quote through install - salesman John took his time to go over options so we got what we wanted, installers TJ and Jeremiah were fast, clean and very professional. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for new doors or windows.

Never used this company, but the person driving their car was driving reckless and dangerous. Driving super fast and tailgating cars in a huge van during rush hour traffic. Not very bright to put a huge advertisement on your vehicle while also pissing off other drivers on the road. Definitely makes me not want to use this company or recommend their services on that alone. If you have no respect for others on the road, that says a lot about their business. Driver was driving 9/30/26, around 4:30 pm with headphones on the entire time.

I had multiple issues with my install. I noticed that I had lost a lot of viewing area in my windows. I later discovered, while having most of Bluebird’s work replaced that the installers had skimped or skipped using insulation foam entirely. I had a new door cut into my garage and due to a communication issue the installers didn’t get it quite where we had agreed upon. In addition this door was difficult to open due to it not being level. I have since replaced this door. I feel like I was an easy target for these guys and they took advantage of it. My interaction with Brian (owner) since this incident have been dismissive at best.

Bluebird and Ruben’s crew were great to work with! They paid attention to detail. They were careful with our landscaping and furniture. My family felt very comfortable with them in our home. They were very courteous to my family and our space while working inside. They finished the job on time and there was no surprises. They cleaned up when the install was done so I didn't have extra cleaning to do because of this process. Very smooth process. Feel like I got a great product and Install.

Disappointed to find advertising material left directly on our door despite having a clear 'No Soliciting' sign posted right next to it. Respecting a homeowner’s posted boundaries is basic professionalism. If a company can’t follow simple instructions on a front door, I don’t trust them to handle business on my property.
