  Overall the experience was very good. We had a few problems with delivery (Fedex) however the manager at the store jumped all over it and quickly resolved the problem with getting a new order placed and and we were able to finish our flooring project. Very good customer service.

  Fairly new to town and definitely new to home-owning, I wasn't sure exactly how to start. I ended up just stopping at several flooring and hardware type stores trying to get a feel for the process and maybe grab a hand in deciding. After several failed attempts I came across a lumber liquators that was fairly close to my work in lone tree. I couldn't stop in to check, so I sent my girlfriend to see what she could find. She came back with a glowing review. I couldn't believe it because usually she gets a hard time in these type of stores for not knowing a ton about it and doesn't like being talked down to. She couldn't say enough about how nice everyone was, even though she wasn't sure what she was looking for. We both come back the following day and had another great experience. Tommy and another gentleman helped us wade through several options and make a decision. There was one item I'd seen online but couldn't be acquired through LL soon enough (out of stock) but that didn't matter because the experience was everything. She went ahead and placed our order before we leave for vacation and I can't wait to get everything finished up when we get back. Thanks a ton!

  Tommy and his team have been extremely helpful on several projects. From advice on the right products, to helping meet a budget, and finally working out a deal when I only needed a few square feet of underlayment to finish a floor, this Lumber Liquidators is top notch. I highly recommend them for any type of flooring project.

  Paid them $25 to have someone measure my house Sq ft for a hardwood install. Set up 3 appointments and each time no one ever showed up. I called to get a refund. They told me it is non refundable. I said if it's non refundable then make sure someone comes to do the job I paid for. Long story short. No one EVER showed up and technically I paid them for nothing.
