  What a disappointment! I used to call on Southside Plumbing because I thought they were a family owned business I could trust. Today’s visit proved they are no different than the other guys. I had a technician come out and charge me a $79 service visit fee just to tell me that it was going to cost $400 to replace a shut off valve under our kitchen sink. And if I wanted him to install the dishwasher we had ordered from Lowe’s he was going to charge another $400 for that (oh, but with a $150 “discount” for having him do multiple projects while he was there. Lowe’s offers $129 installations. I’m not sure why anybody would want to do business with this company when they’re charging those types of prices!

  Southside Plumbing is incredible! We were traveling and came home to a busted fridge water line. Trevor trouble-shooted the challenges of fixing it within finished walls, elegantly solved a failing valve, and installed a new vacation valve so that next time we travel, we can leave on the sprinklers and turn off the whole house water! Such peace of mind. We will call them every time we need plumbing done.

  Thanks to Mark for coming to our home after hours on a Friday and taking care of a water leak under a sink that had necessitated turning off all the water. Mark promptly diagnosed the problems, fixed them, and double-checked his work after turning the water back on. I also appreciated him explaining to me what he was doing as he was working!

  I called yesterday about a water leak above my kitchen ceiling. The team of Kyle and Gabriel arrived on time and quickly figured out where the water was coming from. They then repaired a leaking water pipe above the ceiling very neatly. A first-class job! I will definitely use them again.

  We are newer clients to Southside plumbing- and they are the only team we will call now for our home! We have complex systems in our home and after trying a couple different groups Southside’s team was the most knowledgeable and best to work with by far. They know their stuff! We have full trust in this group for anything we need, and every team member we have met is incredible. We recently had Mike to our house - he is not only fantastic at his profession, but an extremely good person. He took such good care of us, beyond what was asked or required of the job and I trusted him completely. We are so grateful to have found Southside, I could not recommend this group more!
