  Chris Hance repaired the main water line was thorough and professional. Explained the issues - provided several cost options prior to the work. The work he did was excellent. I would highly recommend Chris.

  I am very impressed with Southside Plumbing. I called regarding a leak around 10 am, Zachary arrived around 10:45, and he was finished two hours later! He not only solved our leaking problem, but to do so he needed to turn off the water to the house, which was when we discovered that our indoor shutoff valve was frozen. So he found the water shutoff outside, fixed our leak, and installed a new shutoff valve inside. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and did a great job. And we really appreciated all the communication— a text when Zach was on his way, emails & texts from him & Southside afterward. Great company to work with.
